A tasty and tender chicken dish made with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and fragrant herbs that is cooked slowly.
Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup melted butter. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, melted butter, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the broth mixture over them. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover and continue cooking until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
