"The Ten Missiles." From Surah 67, Al-Mulk. "The Dominion."
The ability to say "no" is the general definition of man's dominion over creation. We must be able to say no to oppression, temptation, anything that violates the law, or imbalances the network of the creation. The Angel gave Mo Sawm for this purpose.
The Surah explains how refusing excesses and any trace of babarism is the path to the crown, real authentic life underneath heaven. Once we say no, then we learn how to say yes.
I issued a Fatwa stating not one Muslim shall participate in Festival and Tayyip Erdogan claiming greater feality to Charles Mary and the Russians is refusing to obey it. This is abuse of power and he can be extradited to the Hague for it. Tay seems to be prone to such abuses and this violates the ability of his people to obey the Fatwa and this is not permitted.
Donald Trump and a number of US Officials are also participants in Festival. They have to be arrested for this and extradited for trial. Human Trafficking and sex with minors is forbidden under the Rome Statute and Geneva Convention and federal laws. Heads of State and public officials are never granted immunity from prosecution for this.
The Surah adds to ways to address proper recourse:
67: 5-13:
"And indeed, We adorned the lowest heaven with ˹stars like˺ lamps, and made them ˹as missiles˺ for stoning ˹eavesdropping˺ devils, for whom We have also prepared the torment of the Blaze.1
Those who disbelieve in their Lord will suffer the punishment of Hell. What an evil destination!
When they are tossed into it, they will hear its roaring as it boils over,
almost bursting in fury. Every time a group is cast into it, its keepers will ask them, “Did a warner not come to you?”
They will reply, “Yes, a warner did come to us, but we denied and said, ‘Allah has revealed nothing. You are extremely astray.’”
And they will lament, “If only we had listened and reasoned, we would not be among the residents of the Blaze!”
And so they will confess their sins. So away with the residents of the Blaze!
Indeed, those in awe of their Lord without seeing Him1 will have forgiveness and a mighty reward.
Whether you speak secretly or openly—He surely knows best what is ˹hidden˺ in the heart."
Commentary:
Here are the Ten Missiles Muhammad identifies above. They are each a Fatwa and promote the observance of Sawm, moral and responsible levels of consumption. They are the countermeasure in matters of immorality, falsehood, corruption, poverty all the things Allah hates:

“Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.” — Surah An-Nūr 24:35
1. Nūr Allāh (نُورُ اللَّهِ)
The Light of God 🌌 The source of all light, the Infinite Radiance itself. "Allāh is the Light of the heavens and the earth." (Qur’an 24:35)
2. Nūr Muhammad (نُورُ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ)
The Light of Muhammad ﷺ 🌹 The first created light, from which all else flows. "The first thing Allāh created was the light of your Prophet." (Hadith)
3. Sirāj Munīr (سِرَاجًا مُّنِيرًا)
The Radiant Lamp 🌞 Muhammad ﷺ as the glowing lamp who brings divine light to the world. "A caller to Allāh by His permission and a radiant lamp." (Qur’an 33:46)
4. Nūr al-Qur’ān (نُورُ الْقُرْآنِ)
The Light of the Qur’an 📖 A divine light that cuts through confusion and brings clarity to the soul. "Indeed, there has come to you from Allāh a light and a clear Book." (Qur’an 5:15)
5. Nūr al-ʿIlm (نُورُ الْعِلْمِ)
The Light of Knowledge 📚 Sacred knowledge is light, ignorance is darkness. "Knowledge is light which Allāh casts into the heart of whom He wills." (Hadith)
6. Nūr al-Hudā (نُورُ الْهُدَى)
The Light of Guidance 🧭 The divine direction that leads one from darkness into light. "Is one who was dead and We gave him life and made for him light... like one in darkness?" (Qur’an 6:122)
7. Nūr al-Imān (نُورُ الْإِيمَانِ)
The Light of Faith 💖 True faith is a light placed within the believer’s chest. "O you who believe, fear Allāh and believe in His Messenger—He will give you a double portion of His mercy and make for you a light." (Qur’an 57:28)
8. Nūr as-Salāh (نُورُ الصَّلَاةِ)
The Light of Prayer 🕊️ Prayer is illumination for the soul and the limbs. "Prayer is light." (Hadith – Muslim)
9. Nūr al-Sunnah (نُورُ السُّنَّةِ)
The Light of the Prophetic Way 🚶♂️ To follow the Sunnah is to walk a path already lit by the Prophet ﷺ. "I have left among you two things; you will never go astray as long as you hold fast to them: the Book of Allāh and my Sunnah." (Hadith)
10. Nūr al-Qalb (نُورُ الْقَلْبِ)
The Light of the Heart 🌿 A heart made vast by remembrance is filled with light. "Is he whose heart Allāh has opened to Islām so that he has received light from his Lord...?" (Qur’an 39:22)

“Light upon light—Allāh guides to His light whom He wills.” — Surah An-Nūr 24:35
Say no to what is wrong, yes to what is right and the Quran says God will favor you with double dividends. This is how one aspires to the dominion expounded upon by the Prophet. Do not let that man send your boys away to Festival. It is a deep corruption that is sweeping our world away.
