Every day my game gets closer to the game I imagined in my head in January!

I finally have the dialogue system roughly ported to the bowling gameplay, after lots of weird glitches and sifting through bad code I wrote in March.

I can’t wait until I’ve finished the animations for each character’s rolls and taunts, and have implemented the reactive dialogue depending on the player’s performance.

In the bowling sequences I want to capture the feeling of hanging out with close friends, telling stories, joking around and having fun.

It’s going to be tricky to balance the lighter and darker aspects of the story but I think I can handle it without making the tone feel all over the place. I’m up to the challenge, and I’m going to get a lot of my relatives and artist friends to play-test the game for me constantly to really get a good handle on the story.
