Tension Method on 4C/4B Natural Hair this is exactly how i do my hair lately! instead i use a concentration nozzle on my dryer (dries faster, smoother, shiner) + use a leave in that contains heat protectant
blow drying locks in moisture if you get your hair cuticles to close. this moisture will last way more than a week! holding the dryer in a downward direction (not really shown in this vid) encourages the cuticles to lay flat and close. for the combination of products i use, my cuticles close after 30 seconds on a section. you’ll notice this change bc your hair will literally go from brittle to smooth. using the cold shot setting once you’re done will also help!
