Wicked: Elphaba Thropp (INFJ 4w5 461 so/sx)
We were introduced to her from the early on that she is perceptive about things. She reads Glinda early on that she cares a lot of what people think (and she was right) but she also still leaves room for doubt as Ni is a perceiving function that just collects information and could change their perception once there are new data.
Her Ni shows in the song "The Wizard and I" she envisions her future about how The Wizard will see her for who she truly is and how she will be admired by people and how The Wizard and her will make a great team.
After Dr. Dillamond was arrested she mentioned how terrifying is the world where animals can't speak.
She also sees through Fiyero's facade of being shallow and self absorbed cause she thinks he could've just walked away if those were true, but he didn't so from those things she concluded that he's actually not shallow and self absorbed or else he wouldn't be so unhappy.
She eventually uncovers The Wizard's plan and envision another future and hoping Glinda would come along and realizing those dreams with her.
During her activism year she envisions that she will save Oz from The Wizard's fraud and how they will applaud her. She doesn't want the animals to leave Oz and asks them to join her fight and how Oz isn't Oz without them. She has an idea of what Oz should be like.
Elphaba's values stems from other people outside of herself. She stands up for injustice not because of her own experience, but because she sees how the animals are treated and how it affects them and negatively affects the social harmony in Oz as a whole (since mostly the reason why she hates the whole animal situation is because the animals' voice to speak is taken away from them and she usually has no problem being outspoken). She fights for justice even if it doesn't affect her.
In the beginning she doesn't know whether her talent is a gift or a curse because people always react negatively when she uses her talent until Morrible encourages her to use her talent and she's a bit more comfortable with her talent. When people that she has helped blamed her (even though all that she did is just to help them), she blames herself. High Fe users use feelings as a measurement of acceptability, so they will judge themselves as doing something unacceptable/immoral when people reject what they do, even if they actually do something good.
Elphaba sees the complexity of social dynamics and use it for the greater good of the said society. She sees that if Glinda tells everyone the truth they will hate her and Oz needs someone to be wicked so the other can be good and instead encourages her to actually do good in society and makes her goodness to mean something.
After Dr. Dillamond was arrested and replaced by another professor who introduces the concept of a cage and said that it was for the good of the animals and the ozians she notices that the cub is trembling and questions if it's good for the cub why is it trembling. She sees the logical inconsistency and it supports her auxiliary Fe seeing how the cub must've felt being in the cage.
When she heard that The Wizard will use the monkeys as spies she deduces why would he not make a spy himself from the get go, why does he need an enemy to create order in Oz, why he needs cages to control the animals, and she concludes logically he has no real power.
She uses her tertiary Ti childishly when she's looping and rejecting her auxiliary Fe and just desparately want the wizard to just admit to the wedding guests that he has no real power and that he can't read the Grimmerie without actually considering how those guests would respond to that truth (whether they would believe it or not).
When she confronts Glinda after Nessa's death, she criticizes Glinda for sending Dorothy to The Wizard despite both of them knowing that he can't help her without even considering that Dorothy is lost and she feels that she needs help (even if that help isn't useful), ignoring her auxiliary Fe once again.
We see her blaming herself in No Good Deed because of the disasters that she has caused and how people reacted to her attempt to help and she questions if people see her attempt to help as just seeking attention (Auxiliary Fe) and she deduces with her tertiary Ti that's the reason why her good deeds are always punished by other people and she uses that justification to actually be the wicked witch, even though that logical framework is flawed (tertiary Ti especially in a loop being more prone to see the "logical" reasoning of things to justify their bad judgement).
She tends to react slowly when opportunities arise. She also reacts strongly with dissapointment when something isn't exactly like what she envisions (The Wizard's lies and his lack of power).
She reacts strongly when Fiyero is being sarcastic about her caring too much about the animals.
She regrets what she does with the monkeys even though it wasn't her fault and she was manipulated. She doubts and criticize herself when she does good if she does it for the sake of goodness or just to seek attention.
She has no structured plans on how to take down The Wizard and his regime, how to convince the ozians, and how to save the animals from discrimination.
As core 4, she knows that she is different from other people and her green skin makes other people repulse her. She also doesn't know whether her magical abilities are a gift or a curse, but despite all that she keeps showing her uniqueness while deep down she also wants to be accepted. Her 5 wing makes her distance herself from other people and already prepared a template answer when people are asking about her skin.
Her 6 tritype makes her look up to The Wizard as someone who is wonderful, a trustworthy authority who can make the life in Oz better and who can solve anyone's problems, but when she finds out the truth about The Wizard she rebels against him.
She often doubt whether she is truly good and criticizes herself of her "wrongdoings" because of her 1 tritype and she also has high standard of how the world should be and she's pretty stubborn to actually make the world that she envisions to be a reality.
Her so/sx instinctual variants makes her care about what's going on in the society and wanting to shape it for the greater good. She also cares about her closer relationships and friendships. Because she is sp blind, she doesn't care about her own comfort or safety if those are the costs for standing up for social causes
