I really have to give one last shameless plug to Maya Cycle trailer. It’s a small family-run Canadian business headed by an engineer and #designer pops who #designed and #welded his prototypes himself. His family took the business to @cbcdragon and, well, I haven’t seen how that ends but I’m SO glad I have one. This came to me second hand and was missing the vital components to attach to my bike. I phoned the company yesterday and spoke with Mike, the engineer/designer/pops, and he helped me order the skewer because I thought it was all that I needed. I PayPal’ed him the money and since he just happened to be biking by my house today (⁉️‼️) he came personally with his son and not only dropped it off, but happened to have some spare doo-dads and bits-n-bobs that I didn’t know I needed. He helped me get set up & attached and set off to ride out to #TheBeaches with another few bucks in his pocket. What a great guy! Short story long, I would never have been able to make the awesome #tentparty ⛺️ 🎉 at @centre_island_ happen today without Mike and http://www.mayacycle.com. Check out these awesome trailers (that convert to wheelbarrows for lugging charcoal around your #campsite!) and support a small Canadian #bikebusiness. #bicycle #biketrailer #biketo #cargo (at Centre Island) https://www.instagram.com/p/BnNVLMgnpxm/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1dp6x69bh8527
