Day 2! Im hoping to do both fun group drawings and also elaborate solo portraits this month. This one being the former of course. Pumpkin Zone in Super Mario Land 2 is pretty perfect for this month’s theming. Lots of fun enemies there.

Yeah, Fire/Flying is AWFUL in my opinion and Fire/Dragon completely fixes the issue...but it's still physically inclinded like regular Charizard is soooo /shrug

It’s still not very fair and pandering, but that’s just really my opinion. Charizard probably won’t be good, even with two mega evos. It looks like it would be good in sky battles, tho.

Oh yeah no, it's totally unfair. I dunno, personally, I think Nintendo is trying WAY too hard to get all of the nostalgia fags back on board and it's sickening. Considering Gen 5-1 was something totally new and it pissed all of them off, now they're clearly trying to rope them all back in with all of the Gen 1 shit, especially Charizard because when you think Genwunner, you think that starter.

okay I'll ask you a question since you're getting really dumb ones - what got you into video games? what keeps you playing them?

When I was really young, think 3 or 4, a family friend had a Sega Genesis and my dad always thought video games were pretty cool and he bought it from him along with Sonic 1, 2, 3 and Spinball along with a few other games like Ecco the Dolphin and Wonder Dog and even Mickey Mania. The first I played ever was Sonic 1, I believe, and from then on I was completely in love with games.

It's actually one of the biggest reasons I will always love Sonic games, because they really mean a lot to me since they are something I have a lot of great memories of.

I keep playing them because I kept getting introduced to so many creative and unique ideas that I would have never seen from a movie or a cartoon (not shitting on those in any way though.) that really appealed to me and I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. I really just love seeing what other people come up with next and it's why the really zany, weird, or fantastical games end up being my favorite over most realistic stuff too. 

The creativity, beautiful environments, wonderful stories, and awesome characters inspire me a ton and they are also fun to play too! That's why I play them.

Yeah xbox live is a real waste of money, because you would be buying a gold account for just one game. I’m thinking of getting it for the PS3 because of those reasons. You’re better off with Sonic!

Yeah, I guess that's also true, and it would be even worse if I ended up disliking the game which is more possible than not too.

Alright I guess I won't be getting Grand Theft Auto then! I'l just get Sonic: Lost World and Pokemon X instead.

Is there anything you may have trouble with that you need to practice on? Would that help? Sounds like you need weapons, have you thought of drawing a morning star? Those are pretty neat.

Not necessarily, though i could use a bit of practice on drawing guns. There's two right there now.

yes, it was a long while back that they aired it on AS. i say start with the manga, the ova, then the tv series. you don't necessarily have to read the manga, but i think it helps to understand some things from the anime.
