After meeting his biological dad, Quill stopped calling himself ‘star-lord’. It didn’t feel right anymore, especially due to how it was probably a name that could apply to his dad pretty well. Even when people jokingly call him by the nickname, he gets really zoned out and distant for at least an hour.
