Me when someone who uses he/him pronouns identifies as a lesbian

Me when trans women identify as butch and wear traditionally masculine clothing

Me when someone who uses she/her or he/him pronouns identifies as nonbinary, genderqueer, or gender nonconforming

Me because labels are subjective to the experience of the person using them and who am I to tell a person to cram themselves into a box they don't fit into?

We need to discuss how aphobic it is to assume someone cannot be a certain sexuality because of their attraction, or lack thereof, to someone's genitals. (Also transphobic obviously but no one discusses aphobia)

For example, people saying a lesbian cannot be considered truly lesbian if they are not attracted to vulvas. Attraction doesn't HAVE to include genitals (it can). While it can be important to many, queer and not queer individuals, for transphobes it's about the fact that they want to reduce trans people to their genitals in order to invalidate peoples' gender and other peoples' sexualities.

No, a queer person does not have to like genitals to be queer. Stop being aphobic and transphobic.
