My system feels like I'm a puppy in a litter of others, but I'm the first one to sort of venture on my own. Like my "siblings" aren't ready yet. Is there a term for this?

This (sort of) sounds line monoetien (I think that's how its spelled?) although it isn't specifically related to the puppy analogy.

I'm not sure if there's anything specific. If anyone knows, additions are welcomed!
