Conceptane
[ID: A flag with four equal horizontal stripes. From top to bottom, they are purple, purplish blue, dark pink, and grayish purple. In the middle of the flag there is a symbol, which resembles a circle with a sideways stylized four pointed star overlapping it. The symbol is black with a white outline. End ID.]
We believe everyone and everything that exists has a concept- from the smallest pebble to the most powerful deity. It functions like a true name does in fantasy stories, but is made up of more abstract ideas and feelings than words or sounds- although the IDEA of certain words and sounds can also be a part of one's concept. One's concept can also change with time, as one's self and idea of who they are changes as well.
Most beings do not know the entirety of their concept, but can pick up parts and themes that are a part of it. One's gender, sexuality, alterhumanity, plurality, or any other significant part of their identity may play a role in their concept, but it is not necessary for them to.
A way of describing ones concept is with a conceptane label, which is being coined right now in this post. For example, a being who's concept includes rabbits would be called rabbit conceptane. This can also be spelled without a space between the words, as rabbitconceptane.
Conceptane labels can easily overlap with other labels- a being who is catgender might also be cat conceptane, as might a being who has a feline alterhuman identity. Both beings have cats as an important part of their identity and concept, though in different contexts.
Anything that is important to who one is and how one sees themself can be part of ones concept, and therefore have a conceptane label made to represent that.
