Then he goes to find Terminus and he’s gone so he has to leave without him and the loop of “I’m sorry” over and over again was so sad. Baby needs a proper hug.
Dominus being turned into a flathead??? Rewind being shut off??? Poor Minimus finding out the Funtionists were using his eyes to see them??? That shit made me cry, no joke.
Brainstorm not being able to hurt Megs??? He just couldn’t bring himself to do it, to actually kill someone himself. He ultimately failed, but he’s happy he got to see the one he loved one last time. That’s so sad and bittersweet I can’t-
Finding out that the spark Brainstorm found on Luna-1 was the spark of Megatron, the one that made him a point-one-percenter, that was cool. It’s weird to think that Rewind trying to kill Megs and Whirl bringing him back actually made the Megatron of today.
Also, Percy praising Brainstorm’s genius for creating the timecase? Love them so much.
And last but never least, Rung being anti-Funtionist god figure slaps hard go off king.
This volume was a road trip of emotions. Can’t wait for more pain and suffering next volume. <3
