This is just a HC but we all know Terra's tea wasn't just to make Raine "Stay on track"
Absolutely, it does way more than that 😏😏
She definitely makes a special brew that lowers Raine's defenses, making them feel all loopy and helpless and it doubles as an aphrodisiac so they're nice and "ready" when she takes them back to her room 😇
Raine has been pretending to be brainwashed for weeks now, with what they think is success. Terra is a pain, of course, but it’s manageable, and she seems to be… weirdly enough, fairly concerned with their happiness? She asks them about their day, how they’re feeling, she’s offered to tweak the flavor of the tea when they mentioned it was bitter, and it’s… kind of nice. It’s not like anyone else is this attentive.
She invites them to her greenhouse one day, and as they’re sitting on a stone bench, taking a break from the gardening, she puts a hand on their thigh, leans in, and kisses them.
And it’s wrong. It’s so, so, wrong. But they don’t… entirely hate it? And if they can’t say no without blowing their cover, it's not a crime to enjoy it, right?

It's 1994 in the human realm, and [whatever you think Raine's deadname is] Whispers is a fairly normal 13-year-old kid, other than the fact that they have no friends and a lot of anxiety. Oh, and they're not actually a boy/girl.
After some weird wooden-looking animal snatches their violin when they're about to go to music camp, they end up in the Boiling Isles, and they meet Terra Snapdragon, a supposed witch. She seems to be nice enough, and says they can go home if they help her retrieve a possession of hers from somewhere called the conformatorium. They agree, and along the way they tell her about their life. She's easy to talk to, in a way. They tell her about not fitting in with other boys/girls, how they feel almost like an alien, how they're constantly worrying, and Terra listens.
They retrieve her possession, and Terra says they can go home, but that they're welcome back whenever. And Raine gets an idea. They ask if they can stay a little longer. Who's gonna miss them at summer camp, anyway?
Terra has never been one to pass up an opportunity. And the idea of such a cute, isolated child living with her... Well. They asked, didn't they?

The consumption of 90% of today's food products are the main contributors of of our genetic breakdown and disposition to congenital diseases and disorders that we face today. It's called Biological Terrain.
Biological Terrain is basically the PH of our bodies. The PH is effected by environment and even more, by the food and drink we ingest.
I, myself, have experienced this personally. I grew up in the secondary stage of this epidemic; the first stage was in the mid 1800's, there wasn't too much change during this first stage but the signs started to show there ugly heads in the second generation, mine! Like a great deal of my generation, turret syndrome, diabetes, cancer and autism among many other disorders,I believe, are a direct result of this alien invasion for it truly is alien to our natural order of our biological terrain.
Researchers like Weston A Price, Dr. Pottenger, (Pottenger's Cats),Vernon Hamman and Cherry Hamman Carter were and are pioneers in this work. Their research has spawned a new generation of concern and attention to the traditional food values concept. This movement may be the salvation of our human existence.
The decline of our health is not only due to the drug companies but equally the food industry.
