The tower. Mainly rocks formation here and also big tree. Later in tower zoologist took a vacant place as her home. Though I guess there was other NPCs which would prefered such a excluded area. It was just a little bit to the left from main base.

This is a small terraria build I made. I hope you like it ^-^
first time building a giant tree and a tree house . looks weird :v
My first home, still a huge work in progress as I haven’t worked on it in weeks.
Some of my old terraria buildings. Waiting for 1.4 update but it’s so hard cause I didn’t play it like ages.
Some older buildings I made in Terraria. These was decorated with hero mod/ cheat sheet. I tend to build a few “bases”, cause I don’t like have one huge building with thousends of NPCs.
I couldn’t wait for update 1.4, so I began new world. I wanted to play with seeds and corruption spawned near centre of the map, so I created house above ocean, behind dungeon so curruption wouldn’t reach it. Ocean biomes are very narrow, beside that nothing unussual, I’m dissapointed with using seeds.
I had to reinstall game, cause I had problems with Tmodloader. So now I play without mods. I forgot how terribly painful is building without mods in this game. Like you have to make houses for 23 NPCs, and in update they gonna add anothers. Wrrrr.
Hopefully, in update they’ll also add blockswap, so it would be easier to replace ugly blocks and furniture. Sadly, update was moved to 2020.
Now I want to paint all palmwood on white, cause it’s ugly in it’s original color.
House in hell. That’s kind of rare to build there, but I like to use spacious space of hell to build arena for Old One’s Army - it’s a Dungeon Defenders 2 crossover event. It require a lot of space to fight, and most probably, help of Nurse NPC, to keep up with healing. So I made a house for her and few other NPCs, to prevent spawning hell creatures. Made some space for ammo boxes, buff stations, banners, and anything that helps during fight. The house is rather sterile, because hell is pretty dark place in sense of lighting. It’s mainly made of obsidian (contours), marble walls, white slime walls, and snow bricks. Snow bricks are tricky, but let’s say it has somewhere air conditioning inside.
I added also lava plants to cheer it up, and some details like bonefish in lava fishtank. There’s teleporter to quickly get here too.
