Restaurants as terrible exes
My ex has been appearing in some of my dreams lately, he was a terrible narcissistic ass and I hate that he haunts my dreams in a not fun way.
Few nights ago he appears again as I’m the event coordinator of some sort of big award show. He’s happy, which I hate, and smiling around like he’s helping.
We pass by each other and I get as close as possible and furiously spit at him :
“Get the f*ck out of my life”.
Sometimes I’m still haunted by memories of terrible exes from back when I dated not great people and used romantic relationships as a way of escaping the not great home life and family dynamics. Currently the ex that had the audacity to ask me to suck his toes when he wouldn’t even go down on me cuz it grossed him out is the most haunting of them all

"Here's another thing that my ex did. This was actually a few years after I dumped him. He was the ex who was 26 when I was 17.
So. He and his roommate both moved out of the apartment they were living in where he caused a minor kitchen fire because he microwaved ramen for 3 hours. Mhm. Anyway the apartment they lived in after that, he was boiling something in a glass pot, I'm guessing water I don't know. He was boiling something in a glass pot on the stove and his roommate said, 'Look that's getting too hot, go put it out on the balcony before it explodes'
And my ex is like, 'I'm not gonna do that'
And the guy's like 'No, you need to put that out on the balcony before it explodes, it's way too hot right now it needs to cool down. Go put it on the balc so it doesn't explode'
My guy's like '...nah' So he takes the pot, puts it in the sink and runs it under cold water. And what happens?
It explodes! Gets into the living room and melts into the carpet!"
dumbass ex boyfriend 2 / ?
I didnt have time to mention it but about 20 minutes in he smelled smoke and found it on fire and it caused smoke damage throughout the kitchen. He was renting a room from a germaphobe who had very bad anxiety when there was dirt in the kitchen. Guess who had to pay for the smoke damage and new cabinets

"Here's another story about my stupid ex, my first boyfriend and how much of an idiot he was.
So, he couldn't cook, which I know a lot of guys can't, but this was to the point that he couldn't- He couldn't boil water without the water boiling all the way down to the bottom of the pan and basically turning into salt.
So uh, how he 'cooked', he would put instant ramen in a bowl with a bunch of water, not even measuring it, but a bunch of water and the seasoning packet, into the microwave and microwave it for 2 minutes. At one point I asked him, 'Why don't you microwave it for 3 minutes? Because then the noodles will be a lot softer and easier to eat and they won't be like that al dente crunchy. And he was like Oh that's a good idea
(deep inhale)
Somehow.
Somehow.
This man microwaved it for 3 hours.
How do you do that.
How."

"So I feel a little inclined to tell a little story about one of my exes. This was the man who was 26 when I was 17, my first....ehh boyfriend.
So, I wanna share the fact that he had... a soccer mom van as his vehicle. And at one point I asked him why he chose a van, because most single guys or most bachelors would prefer to have like some kind of nice fancy car or an SUV or truck or something. He had a soccer mom van and I asked why.
And he told me, and I quote, 'Because there's a lot more room in the back of a van for fucking on road trips than any other car'.
And I-. I. Nine years later, I can't help but think he went to a dealer and asked, 'Which is the best pussywagon you can sell me-(giggles)' "
me realizing that i was so clingy in my past relationship bc my ex-girlfriend failed to give me even an iota of attention, love, and care beyond what i had to beg for and that the affection in the relationship was one sided and i was the one supplying the positive energy and love yet she was the one making me feel like i was a terrible girlfriend to cover up the fact that she was mentally abusive and basically just used me for sex and money and she didn’t actually care about me or my feelings or anything that i wanted and every single good feeling she produced i had to beg for and pull out of her like a desperate wimp and every single second i spent crying and obsessing over her for the past 2-3 years has been a waste and i’m still not 100% over her because we had a rough break up and she keeps managing to get a hold of my friends and people close to me and i don’t need her in my life
George hasn't had a chance to get to the gym as much as he'd like, for the past few years. With all the stress he's been under, it's no wonder. But as things have become less stressful, he's still struggled to find the motivation to get back, and he began to examine his motives for going or not going, and discovered, among parenting and other things, gender dysphoria.
Episode #275!
