Two of the left-leaning PARTYLIST groups of the Makabayan Bloc failed to secure enough votes to get a seat in the 19th Congress. #AnakPawis joined the election process in 2004, winning at least one seat up to the 2016 elections. In 2019, they did not win. #BayanMuna on the other hand, fielded their group during the 2001 elections — they were so popular that they secured three seats since 2001 except in 2010 and 2013 where they got two seats.
