What we know so far:
Phi Bomb/Experiment: This has been mentioned in Five Years, so Echo is the book where it started. I believe this has the Alaskan Collider Incident in it, but I don’t know for sure yet.
Julie has a sister
Julie’s in the middle of getting divorced, but hasn’t signed the divorce papers yet
The Phi Bomb stuff (residual) from the explosion has now caused one bomb to become several little bombs. And Julie has a bunch of the residual stuck to her and her truck. Radiation fallout? A bit cliche for a superhero story (which I’m assuming this will become), but capable in the expert hands of Terry Moore.
