How I feel about this character: let me tell you a thing or two about Mr Herondale: I LOVE ALMOST EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM! He's perfect to me and he has a lot of flaws I know, but I love him anyways so here it goes: I loved him almost since the beginning, but he grew on me, and I think I loved him more by the eyes of Jem and Tessa because sometimes he wasn't able to see all the good in him and Jem and Tessa saw it so well! especially Jem! the way he understood Will made me understand him more and love him more! The way Jem spoke about him EVEN IN COHF, just makes me appreciate more their relationship and the character. AND OMG that comic at the end of CoHF, HOW can you not love him after that! I love his relationship with Jem (it's everything to me) and with Tessa because OTP! the tiny part I don't love about him was when he went to that den! and sometimes the way he treated Tessa but that was because of the curse. I loved his relationship with Cecily. I felt truly sorry when I found out about the curse because POOR 12 year old child that didn't know how to deal with all of that. Some people say he could've done better but really??? COULD HE? he was 12 and knew NOTHING about the Shadow World, I would like to see you deal with it! I love his humor, unless it's hurtful. I love his sarcastic comments, his relationship with everyone! I loved that after his curse he wasted NO time in thank everyone for everything they had done (Charlotte and Henry) which makes me think that if he hadn't been cursed at all he would've been a different person. I loved the way he worried for Jem and helped him and loved him because Heronstairs forevah! I love how he feels about Jem/Tessa's relationship, because no one ships them harder than him! I love that he cares more about others than himself (JEM, TESSA AND CECILY) for example. I love how he finally managed to be kind with Gabriel <3 and how he could get to see his parents. He's brave, honest, caring, loyal, selfless, passionate, badass, bookworm etc. etc. etc. and I could list an essay about all the reasons but maybe I'm going to bore someone here so I guess that's it for today! sorry if someone here hates Will....

My non-romantic OTP for this character: wait I just understood this one *goes to change the other answers*, Jessie because I loved their sassy comments, Magnus and Jem! 

My unpopular opinion about this character: HE IS NOT A SOULESS BASTARD WHO JUST CARES ABOUT HIMSELF AND HE IS NOT AN ARROGANT PIG. 

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: maybe more Cadair Idris situations and for a moment before knowing who Bro Z was, I wanted him to be Will because I wanted him to be in the TMI world, buuuuuuut Jem is glorius as Bro Z, so I have no complaints. I'm glad Will got to live a happy life and I can't wait for TLH!
