Was she currently blasting Heartbreak Hotel at full volume? Yep.
Despite the fact that she was in a public place and people were giving her odd looks? Double yep.
She wasn’t oblivious... just, for the moment, Lilo didn’t actually care. Not only was she particularly attached to the song, it suited her present mood very well - which meant that everyone else got the dubious benefit of that too. Even when she did become aware of someone approaching her, Lilo didn’t raise her head, didn’t even look to see who it was.

Every time I say rest in potatoes it’s actually a very vague and obscure Portal reference and I’m not sure anyone ever gets it.
