Chinese Valentine's Day Drabble Series Pt1 (Cardfight Vanguard)

Today (13/08/13) is Chinese Valentine's Day, or the Qixi Festival. It's the 7th day of the 7th month on the Chinese calendar which celebrates the yearly meeting between Altair and Vega/Cowherd and Weaver Girl. Though I'm sure most anime/manga fans already knew what I'm talking about when I mentioned '7th day of the 7th month'. Anyway, to celebrate today, I decided to do seven drabbles for seven of my favourite pairings.

First up is Tetsu/Ren from Cardfight Vanguard:

- Despite what people might think of him, Ren isn’t actually oblivious. It’s not that he doesn’t think about what he says or does, he just never bothers to act in a way that will allow others to understand his thought processes. He doesn’t care whether people understand why he does what he does after all, so why go to all that trouble?

Besides, it’s fun to have everyone stare at him in incomprehension. Especially Tetsu. Tetsu’s expressions are the best. Sometimes, they’re even better to bask in than the glow from Tetsu’s cards. But only sometimes. Vanguard is still better.
