…Huh.

It just struck me that Megumi and Ida would get along?

Like if they met within the context of the game they wouldn’t, Ida murdered her boyfriend and needs her to die for his schemes

but on a more general level, i’m just picturing, like…

Megumi: “So in order to try and bring back the man I love, I made a deal with a shady entity to overwrite the person he now is with his memories if I went around shooting people and betrayed my best friend.”

Ida: “Well, naturally, that’s the only reasonable thing to do. I spent eight years becoming a genius roboticist so I could resurrect my girlfriend, and when she had a break-down about not being human anymore, I resolved to betray my partner in time travel and sacrifice fifteen children to ensure I could try again and overwrite the new version of her’s brain with her.”

Megumi: “That’s awful! …But I’d do it if I had to.”

Like I just feel like they’re on the same wavelength of going to ridiculous lengths for the people they love and damn the collateral, haha. They’d Get each other.
