i already answered this one about massenet, so i'll answer it about another one of my s/is who focuses a lot on work-- hyde :)

hyde doesn't really spread rumors (because he doesn't really talk to a lot of people at work outside of when he needs to), but he definitely HEARS them and internalizes them. he just knows a lot of stuff about his coworkers at game-o-vision because of the amount of things he hears down the grapevine.

there are a couple rumors (mostly originating from dave) about hyde's weird aversion to using the company bathrooms and how much he layers, even during the summer, but people just assume he has some kind of medical scar or something. it's the 80s, transgenderism isn't even something most ppl in this kind of culture know about

massenet gets as much done as he needs to. since he's friends with his supervisor, gigi, it's not like he has to do that much, anyway. gives him extra time to engage in his favorite hobby (surveillance)

massenet is the head of subliminals under gigi, so people treat him like a middleman. he has more people under him than above him, but a lot of his department juniors find him somewhat intimidating.

the butcher: HE DID LOL butcher is a little bit of a hopeless romantic so when he did it at first i was like Yeah sure man but he just. kept. doing it.... so i was like oh you're like FOR REAL for real

larrity: he did, while deviously and painfully inebriated. once again. i did not believe him in any way because i wasn't even aware that man was capable of love. and im still not sure. but it's fun to pretend

🍒 - what is your f/o's love language, and how do they express it with you?

the butcher: technically answered here!

larrity: gift giving and touch. 'love language' is a strong word considering how... strange he is. but he loves to spend money and he loves to get handsy, so who, really, is surprised

murderface: pocket knife booths at flea markets, axe throwing, vintage car shows, antiques roadshow & pawn stars reruns, those big frosted beer mugs

larrity: luxury cowboy hats LMAO, swanky customized cars, mcmansions, hunting taxidermy, fancy super expensive custom cowboy boots
