Understanding KH X/UX

Master of Masters = “the MoM”

Melody of Memories = “Melody”

A KH3 and KH1 connection to Melody:

In KH3 Sora felt pain in his heart from Anna being struck by Elsa’s ice. Anna (and Elsa) is a Princess of Heart as in she received one of the 7 lights that was shattered from the original X blade ( yes this does not match exactly, but there’s retconning since in DDD there were only 7 pure lights, and in KH3 there are more ).

In KH1 we see Sora in the Stations of Awakening belonging to a few other Princess of Heart. And while yes, Aqua’s spell on Kairi helped guide her light to the light of another, I can’t help but wonder if there’s a reason Kairi’s light led to Sora’s specifically.

Basically, I think Sora has these connections to the Princesses of Heart due to the MoM. Xigbar tells Sora “Accept the power you're given. Find the hearts joined to yours.” And while I think Xigbar could actually be referring to Yozora ( I could say why but who cares this post aint about Yozora ) I still think the power Sora was “given” is the ability to connect his heart with others (particularly the Princesses of Heart), and I think he was given it by the MoM.

A UX connection to Melody:

Another hint of the MoM having a plan for Kairi and the Princesses of Heart is the conversation Darkness has with Maleficent in UX quest 845. Darkness tells Maleficent that they ( including the MoM ) could not afford Maleficent interacting with Radiant Garden/Hollow Bastion, and that’s why it was never created into a projection or data world. Radiant Garden is home to Kairi as well as the Ark (or at least, a sister version) so we can be sure the MoM wanting to keep both Kairi and the Ark out of Maleficent’s manipulation will probably tie into Melody of Memories. I think the MoM wanted to make sure that Kairi made her way to Sora.

A pre-X theory/possible connection

I may as well say it right here and now cause who fucking cares, I don’t own the rights to this theory. The next video I’m writing about is about the MoM and how I believe in ancient times he opened Kingdom Hearts and reset the world. I have some evidence for it, but I’d rather save it for the video. So if you’re not convinced with this last little section due to lack of evidence, its fine I dont really care LMAO

NOW, part of that video that I’m debating on including is about the X blade, and a possible reason it shattered into 20 pieces. If the X blade truly shattered after the MoM reset the world, then I think the MoM is the one who put the 7 pieces of light into people to make them the first set of Princesses of Heart ( YES like I said way above this does not match exactly what Yen Sid says, but considering there are more Princesses now then there are 7 lights, we have to assume the possibility that Nomura will retcon that the 7 lights are directly from the X blade, rather than the 7 pieces of the Keyblade are to protect the 7 princess of heart ). This would have happened long ago, when the Keyblade War first started and Darkness began taking shape as humanoids or whatever.

Conclusion

Now I gotta be honest, I don’t know WHY or what the detailed plan is, but I wanted to list ideas and connections that suggest the Master of Masters purposely wants Sora to connect with Kairi and the other Princesses of Heart. Maybe they’re the key to defeating darkness permanently, idk

I’m open to discuss this btw, in case I’m missing anything or something doesn’t make sense. this is just a casual text post that I purposely didn’t perfect or edit other than sourcing cutscenes.

Quest 911 story update.

Contradicting the Book of Prophecies.

With Brain saying,

“But if it can be changed, then shoudn't these changes have already been written in the Book of Prophecies? Hm... that'd be contradictory... No, could it be that the book gets rewritten whenever something changes?”

And Ava replying,

“I don't know what would happen if something does change. I think the fact that we don't know proves there's a future that's not planed for, don't you?”

This reminds me of how “Darkness prevails and the light expires.” was the last passage in the BoP before Sora rewrote time and saved the Guardians. It was my theory that when IRL events change and contradict what’s written in the BoP, it completely cuts off the MoM’s vision, no longer seeing past the event. Which is why the BoP doesn’t say something like “Darkness would have prevailed and the light would have expired, but Sora revived himself and his friends to save the day.” However, given this cutscene, it may not work that way, and I’ll explain why later down.

Is Ava planting Brain as the impostor without his knowledge?

Before I get into this, I want to say part of me is worried that deep inside I’m grasping for anything that makes it so Brain is the impostor and not Ven, due to being stubborn or biased. But, saying that, there’s another part of me that trusts my gut and thinks there’s something bigger going on in this scene.

Ava states

“But I can't help but wonder, "What would happen if we changed the fate that's already been written?" That's why I'm giving you this.”

And then gives Brain the BoP. She then pulls out the note of the Five Union Leaders, and says 

“My Master gave me this note containing the names of the five Union Leaders. He circled the one I am to entrust the Book of Prophecies to. Nobody else is allowed to see inside it. I've placed the note between the pages where your future has been written. Someday, when you open the book to these pages, I'm sure you'll be able to recognize my message.”

Now I could be totally wrong, but it seems to me Ava wants to deviate from what’s written in the Book of Prophecies for a better future. So, Ava chooses someone not written on that note at all, and even gives them the BoP that should belong to the one who’s circled. With her placing the note in the Book, Brain will inevitably find out he was never on the list, that he’s replaced Strelitzia, and the person who should have originally received BoP.

Luxu’s Observation Excerpt tie-in

Excerpt 1 states

Yet it seems that someone has pulled the old switcheroo. One of the Five is an imposter, someone the Master did not choose. They represent a virus in the program he so carefully wrote.

The virus has begun a strange undertaking: a reckless plot to allow the Five to escape into another worldline. Surely such a thing can't be possible? We're talking about the same trick that allowed the Dandelions to transfer to other worldlines after the Keyblade War. But these children are no Masters. They haven't the means...unless, of course, a certain lady of magic summoned here from the future knows more than I do.

The whole Union leader thing was supposed to be by the books. Are these new events just another phase in the Master's grand plan?

Brain clearly referred to himself as a virus twice now. And with Quest 911′s story update, we see he certainly has Master Ava’s support and guidance. With her saying “Someday, when you open the book to these pages, I'm sure you'll be able to recognize my message.” she may have left something like instructions on how to leave Data Daybreak Town, or “meet me here at this time”, etc etc. This is so Brain has a plan on how to leave, just like Luxu states in his reports.

We also know that sooner or later, Luxu himself will meet with Maleficent (and maybe Darkness themselves), and to learn about how Brain plans to make the Union Leaders leave the data Daybreak Town.
