whumpee in hospital in the group chat while Team is away? (F is just friend)

F: “Good, whumpee. Anything exciting happen?”

W: “Nah, sone lady cane over jusr now thouh and i feel funky. Maybe inm in love or simething lmao”

F: “Nope. Looks like that was your pain meds dose. Maybe sleep for a little.”

texting whump: whumpee with typos or disjointed messages or long gaps inbetween messages… caregiver being far away or not knowing where whumpee is or finding the messages later and OUGH

oh i especially love this with not finding the messages until later. especially especially if caretaker silenced their phone because whumpee was blowing it up with what they thought were drunk spam texts that they could ignore.

or maybe they even read them in the moment and thought whumpee was just wasted so didn't look deeper into it.

or, for my used as bait fans, whumper holding whumpee at gunpoint, forcing them to write out these texts to lure caretaker into a trap.

AND THE LONG GAPSSSSSS. each pause filled by caretaker with:

"whumpee, where are you?"

"what's going on?"

"are you hurt?"

"whumpee answer the phone i need to talk to you"

"whumpee??"

meanwhile whumpee is slumped on their bathroom floor bleeding out from a stab wound they barely managed to make it home with.

ohhh and then if caretaker got extra worried and decided to check the location of whumpee's phone... seeing where it is and knowing that they can never get there in time to stop what might be about to happen.
