how do I have confidence like you!!!

confidence comes and goes. I try to take care of myself the best I can + juggling everything else life throws at me, makes me feel proud strong and confident. But sometimes that all collapses and I find myself rotting in bed for sometimes months, glued to phone, eat junk, don’t exercise , unproductive, unmotivated, depressed, ugly, doing nothing I love, and not at all confident BUT then eventually it all passes, I pick myself back up & get my shit under control again<333 it seems for me confidence comes from maintaining control & keeping all ur ducks in a row. Embrace flow of life:)))
