I know Supernova loves the cassettes in her adult time, but how did sparkling Supernova love the cassettes?

The cassettes pretty much un-oficially adopted Supernova as one of their own.

Ravage pretty much jumped right into the big sister role. She was always keeping an optic on Nova, making sure she didn’t get into trouble, or that anyone who wasn't trustworthy got too close to her. Also, normally Ravage wouldn’t let anyone but Soundwave or Shockwave touch her tail or ears, she’d shred a mech for that, but with Nova, she put up with and bear through it.

Laserbeak wasn’t so sure at first. To her, Nova was just this loud, messy little thing. But once Nova started babbling and reacting to stuff, Laserbeak actually warmed up. She’d copy her noises with clicks and whistles, and Nova would crack up every time. She also liked sitting up on the edge of her crib, peeking down and crooning. She was also the tattletale, if Nova tried to sneak off somewhere, or do something she wasn't supposed to, Laserbeak would immediately tell Soundwave.

Buzzsaw was more skeptical. He’s more aloof and hot-tempered than his sisters, so at first he thought the sparkling was just loud and annoying, and wanted nothing to do with it. But he eventually, through seeing his sisters interact with Nova, got attached. He let her pet his wings as long as she was gentle, one wrong tug and he was gone, glaring and shrieking so she'd learn to behave better next time. Still, sometimes he’d bring her little things he stole just to see her reaction, he'd make noises to get her laughing, or he'd let Nova chase him while he flew just out of reach until she collapsed in giggles.

When Surge was a sparkling did she use Soundwave cassette chest to tease her creators? And are Soundwave cassettes in Surge's story

Soundwave's cassette chest was her favorite place to hide when she was a sparkling and got upset when doesn't fit anymore. Also made her creators panic when she did it for the first time, they thought she was lost but just inside's Soundwave's cassette chest.

And yes, the cassettes are present in Surge's story. 📼

Does sound blast have his own minicon or is it soundwaves minicons?

He has Buzzsaw, who has been there from the start; always following him/taking care of him.

Soundwave had planned for Buzzsaw to be Soundblaster's mission partner since the pair always got along.

When Soundblaster left the Decepticons, Buzzsaw joined him. Later when Soundblaster takes over the Harbinger ship, Buzzsaw is made his 2nd in command. It’s not clear what his opinion on Soundwave is, but he is committed to helping his brother complete his goal to eliminate Shockwave.

But other than Buzzsaw, Soundblaster has no interest in getting anymore minicons. There are lore reasons that I could get into later on :3

He does have access to an orange minicon (another one that belongs to Soundwave) though he’s keeping it in stasis for an unknown reason… no spoilers lol
