Leader of the Autobots: Elita one. Taken the burden of the Matrix of leadership when Optimus became deadly sick and was forced into a deep recharge to recover. So far a cure hasn't been found.
Second in command: Prowl. The Top of the Intelligence agency, Prowl uses his tac net processor to file useful data, and work through missions. While he is not that socially inclined he still tries his best to get along with everyone. Though his best is usually telling others exactly what they don't want to hear. He does however have a conjunx, Jazz
Third in command: Jazz. Top of the Spy agency, An ex decepticon who changed his ways once he saw what Megatron was doing was wrong. He is goofy, and pretends to be clumsy only for others to see he has changed for the better and is not a threat. Though his decepticon side comes out when he's angry or very worried about his Conjunx Prowl.
Medical CMO: Ratchet. A 'younger' bot (not much older than Prowl) who has climbed his way up to be THE medical officer for most of the autobots. His mentor was Pharma before he went insane. He is also there to oversee Optimus's recovery. So far a cure hasn't been found, and he is scared it won't be.
Leader: Arcee. Taking after her Sire Elita One She gathered up a bunch of her friends to embark on a mission to save Optimus (Her carriers) life. This is truly becoming difficult for her to manage, but as long as she doesn't break down into a sobbing mess, she'll be fine.
Scout: Mirage: With his outlyer abuility to turn invisible. He is the best at sneaking into places, and getting out without being caught. Only downside. Hes a royal, and really doesn't like getting his plating dirty if he can help it.
Wreaker: Skids. He's here and he's not ready to play. He may be a bit goofy at times, But under all that, he is a ruthless mech that doesn't take kindly to his friends being hurt.
Wild card/speedeter: Swerve. He's just there. Arcee really didn't want to leave him behind so took him with. At least he's really good at making food, and his meteralogy comes in really handy in sticky situations. Though he has shown he's also good with a gun,, sometimes.
Medic: First aid. First time really being away from his home, from his gestalt. He's a medibot in training who JUST got his license And now he has to deal with his friends getting all hurt on organic planets all because they are looking for a cure for their leader.
Decepticons
Leader: Starscream. Starscream was a fair ruler. And it was him that held off the Autobots for as long as he could before a ceasefire was announced. As both Original leaders were deemed MIA. Starscream waits for something to come along that would restart the war. A bit afraid it will.
Second in command: Shoundwave: A quiet mech, selectively mute. He is the spy master of the Decepicons. and the left hand man of Starscream (They are conjunxed) He knows there had to have been something to cause the ceasefire, and it has to do with Optimus going MIA.
Third in command: Shockwave. Scientist, highly intelligent. Somehow found himself third in command when all he wanted to do was conduct experiments and make gadgets, somehow also found himself best friends with Blurr and Swerve. He doesn't know how that happened.
Others: Skywarp, Thundercracker, Knockout, Breakdown, Constructicons, Most of the Combaticons. (Swindle has fucked off somewhere), DJD, Nickle, Chromia.
Earth Decepticons
Leader: Naudica. She's only there because Starscream told her to pick from a list and head in the direction The Earth Autobots were going. Honestly sure the war is on stand by but did that really mean they had to follow them? What ever she isn't the decepticon leader.
Scout: Blitzwing. He may be a tripple changer, but he's quiet. Good enough to sneak around with his large frame. However because of that Mirage loves sneaking up on him and scaring him. He's going to crush that Blue mech under his pedals if he does that one more time.
Speedster: Smokescreen. Honestly he doesn't know why he's here. He was just scooped up by Nautica and told 'You'll do' Sure he likes to race, he can get up there in speeds. But he'd rather be at home with his twin Darkwing
Wreaker: Grimlock. He was told he'd be able to smash things. Yet he hasn't, and really, he's getting board.Maybe the dark blue bot would like to fight?
Medic: Vortex. Listen This is the best you are going to get, Knockout taught him all that he knows before he was shipped out to run after some Autobots that were leaving space for some unknown reason.

Leader, deserter, wonder: Megatron. He doesn't know why he left. He doesn't know why he's scouting Cybertron like he's a wild animal. All he knows is that He is dying, and so is Optimus.

What is Post War Cybertron like?
This Cybertron is completely different to RID2015 Cybertron. Bumblebee is in a place of commanding power, but it is actually Ultra Magnus who has been doing majority of the rebuilding commanding. His position as the SIC to Autobots is what left him in this position after he recovered from his injuries in Predacons Rising. Bumblebee is there to be a younger voice of reason, but he only ever knew war Cybertron, which is why he isn't leading the rebuilding.
As more Cybertronians return, there are small conflicts between ex-Autobots and ex-Decepticons. Quickly to maintain peace, laws are unanimously passed to make sure any kind of discrimination is not present. Now that rebuilding is happening, any kind of set backs are avoided to make sure that the now delicate population of Cybertron has a chance to regrow.

With all of these factors, I wanted to create a realistic peace time. This war had been going on for over 20 million years in Cyberaligned, bots are TIRED of the fighting.
Peace, while it may be difficult especially with personal grievances, is the number 1 priority of the remaining Cybertronians. After awhile, even Starscream comes around to the idea of peace, as he takes his throne in Vos. After Megatron's self exile, he even returns to Cybertron. He works side by side with Ultra Magnus to ensure that both side's of the war are equally heard.
With all of these policies in place, and the mutual want for peace, Cybertron is able to rebuild relatively quickly, especially when bots start reemerging from the Well. Bots who had a spark bond with another living bot were given a second chance by Primus. These returning bots had all of their memories intact, allowing them to easily adapt to being around their fellow Cybertronians again.
Even with Optimus Prime's return from the well, which marked the end of the reemerging bots, peace was able to be maintained. His position in this peace time Cybertron is not one of leadership, but a chance for him to relax. He works in the historical data base, documenting the war and organizing the constant stream of data coming from Cybertronians around Cybertron. His work is tied between Iacon and Kaon, with Kaon being reestablished as the capital of Cybertron once more.
A war monument is established near the Well of All Sparks, containing the names of every Cybertronian that had died in the war. There are segments for each fraction, Autobots and Decepticons, a segment for the civilian causalities, and a segment dedicated to the victims of the Rescue Bot Massacre. A museum is also near the memorial, containing the data that Optimus had gathered and organized, allowing any Cybertronian access to the personal accounts of the war.
When the humans and Sigma 17 finally reestablish contact with Cybertron, the Cybertron they visit has been mostly rebuilt. Peace is maintained, and the population is on it's way to returning to a fully functioning society.
Now, how do the humans breathe on Cybertron?
There are two options I have created for this.
The humans can stay in their bot's dens, where there is oxygen. The bot's cabins have filters that filter in the atmosphere's oxygen while expelling the CO2. All Rescue Bots and Wreckers contain these "dens," so Heatwave, Chase, Blades, Boulder, Hound, and Hightide have these dens installed. Quickshadow, Blurr, and Salvage do not have these upgrades due to the limited resources they have on Earth.
The next option, is the humans being outside of the bots. Team Prime is mainly the ones who are going to be on their bot's shoulders, as Bumblebee and Arcee do not have dens, and Bulkhead's doesn't have windows. So how are they able to survive outside of spacesuits and their bots?
Artificial Cybernetic lungs
Why did I choose this route? Due to Earth's declining air quality, and Team Prime's many visits to the mainland, their lungs were on a decline. The had to be replaced as the artifact that put their body into stasis didn't know what to do with lungs, so they remained normal. This allowed the air pollution to effect Team Prime, leading to the development of these cybernetic lungs. These lungs function with filters similar to the ones in the Rescue Bot's dens, allowing them to only take in the oxygen of the surrounding atmosphere.
However, would there logically be oxygen on Cybertron? I say yes. and this is why.
Oxygen on Cybertron
Cybertron's atmosphere appears to be relatively close to Earth's atmosphere. How I came to the conclusion was through the presence of fire on Cybertron.

Now fire doesn't need oxygen to begin. An explosion of fire can happen without it being present. However, as seen in the next photos, these are continuously burning fires. Oxygen is needed for that.

Nitrogen and Oxygen are the two most commonly found elements in fire. Due to the fire seen in the photos, they appear to be these common fires we see on Earth. Earth's atmosphere is made up of 78.08% Nitrogen and 20.95% Oxygen, as well as <1% Argon. By the logic of this fire continuously burning, Cybertron's atmosphere has to be similar to this.Due to this, I am allowing the cybernetic lungs to function, as well as the fact that they do not need the spacesuits for pressure regulation.
However, the reason the Burn's do not leave the dens of the Rescue Bots is due to the fact that Cybertron's atmosphere isn't a perfect replica of Earth's. There are unknown elements making up the rest of Cybertron's atmosphere. Their effects on the human lungs are unknown, so precautions are taken.

Their are a total of 9 planets orbiting the Cybertronian Sun (Not in cluding the moons). 6 of the Planets are within the habitable zone for the Cybertronian race. While the other are two are cold or spin on a axis creating seasons. Cybertronians who work on a planet with an axis, migrate each season.
The Cybertronian planet spins faster than earth making their days shorter, However Orbits the Sun slowly making their years longer than earths. The planet Cybertron does not spin on an axis making the planet have no seasons and have a relatively steady temperature, allowing the transformers to thrive without the fear of temperature dropping dangerously low.
Cybertron has two moons causing the night to be bright and rare cases of actual darkness on Cybertron. As well as causing huge oceans and more tsunamis. Which would make you assume that the transformers on earth would be used to harsh climates right? Not really, as cybertron has harsh climates but set zones while earths natrual diasters are moving constantly.
