been on a hammertime/breakbulk kick lately and you know it really is extremely sad that the other rivalries in the show get super shipped while the two guys who have massively homoerotic tension and fall into the popular "rivals that secretly have a soft spot for the other" trope gets ignored because neither of them is easy to slot into pretending theyre a twink there is so much potential with breakdown and bulkheads relationship. so much complexity to their dynamic just based off of a single episode where breakdown, who constantly wants to prove himself as only ever strong and sure of himself is forced to be vulnerable and afraid in front of his rival hes been performing that way in front of for who knows how long. and bulkhead, who constantly holds grudges grappling with his instinct to deny breakdown as having the potential to be good, still knows him the best out of any autobot and was the only one who could have successfully saved him that day. the tension, the conflicting emotions, the angst, the relief when they get to finally be together...... missed out on by many because one of them is fat
