Three Rounds and a Sound || Sally & Alaric
The apartment stood heavily silent as Sally passed a comb through her red locks, doing nothing in particular. That thought didn't exactly sit well with her, she hated having nothing to do. It was boring and boredom normally got her into more trouble than anything else did. It was simple really, boredom lead to her getting restless, restless increased her already overtly vivid imagination and curiosity, and that ended up with her doing something that if she would've thought things through, she wouldn't have done. Moral of the story? Sally couldn't be bored.
Getting up from where she was seated, the ginger took a silent look around her apartment thinking of something she could possibly do that could distract her. In fact, there were tons of somethings she could do. She could sew something, watch some television, bake, continue writing that book of hers that she honestly had no interest over, and she could even clean if she wanted to, but the fact of the matter was, Sally didn't want to stay home. She wanted to get out, it was a beautiful night, warm even and she wanted to enjoy that.
As it was, she didn't want to enjoy it alone either. The ginger had plenty of enough years being alone, and at the moment she was having a craving for coffee, particularly a Starbucks coffee, pumpkin spice preferably. Jack, she knew was currently busy with Tiana, Rosalie was always hard to pinpoint, Tod was most likely doing hit-man stuff too, so Sally went and picked up her phone a smile on her lips as it seems that she would have to drag the infamous grumpy Alaric himself. Not that she minded, she always enjoyed his company whenever he was around.
The ginger proceeded in sending a barrage of text messages, of course the first one starting with a hello and the rest following with how he should get a coffee with her because she was really craving one and would love some company adding pleases along the way, until she finally ended with her last one:
The cafe is not even a far walk, and for the trouble I'll even stop by the liquor store and by you a whole bottle of scotch. I mean you're going to end up with a free bottle of scotch so... please? Say you'll meet me at the cafe?
With that, Sally waited for a reply already placing on a light jacket and heading out the door.
