What is Regret?
YOU CAN LIE TO ANYONE ... You can lie to your family, your friends and neighbors. You can lie to your governing authorities. You can lie to your priests, rabbis and holy people. You can lie to what you believe to be God. You can even lie to yourself, but in the end ... You KNOW the truth. You always know the exact, detailed truth ... about what you thought and did. You can never judge anyone else fairly ... you will never know all the details. No one can ever judge you fairly ... they will ever know all the details about what you did. You can and will, judge yourself though. You always know, every dirty little detail, about everything you do. What better judge of "the truth," then ones own self, could there possibly be? Regret is ... when you have everyone"baffled with your bullshit" ... but still know the ugly truth yourself. --tfc
