T for ... Grace Gabler Her first Puffin Picture Book, A Child's Alphabet.it started out as her degree piece when she was at the Royal College. Her friend was designing wooden alphabet blocks so Gabler decided to design a book to complement these. Spotted by the HMI inspector, who tipped off Noel Carrington who promptly published it for Puffin.
