Hey there, survivor, and welcome to TFoW! We are a literate Warriors roleplay hosted on Discord and catering to 18+ audiences that will be kicking off some time in early May. Follow WindClan through a post zombie apocalypse world as they struggle to survive within the Sacred Tunnels of Highstones-- navigating wandering undead, restless Spirits, and the simple cruelty of nature --and be a part of the story that answers the question... what did happen to WindClan when the other Clans departed oh so long ago?
This is not an auditions based server and will be open to the public starting on April 1st, when our high rank applications go live. At that time you'll be free to peruse all of the detailed history, cultural lore, and mechanical systems that exist in TFoW and decide if you wish to join us with your character. For now-- an abbreviated version of said information can be found on our info page.

I got tagged by both @visceralcoma (in March) and @scribhneoir-sidhe (yesterday) to post the first lines of twenty stories, so I gUeSs I sHoUlD dO tHiS. All but one of these are WIPs… Sorry …
I’m taking two senior capstones this semester, which means two major original research projects (plus my other classwork). So my AO3 publishing history doesn’t show it, but I’m on my second desperate hyperfixation of the semester (Jujutsu Kaisen) and I’ve been prolific, though god knows how many of these I’ll publish in the end.
Please be patient with me while I do uni stuff first owo
These are posted in order of most recent first, and names are “working titles from my gdocs” for the most part, based off of the songs I was listening to when I wrote them.
> “Oi, Sukuna,” Yuuji growled, his voice still rough from sleep and the weird dream he’d had, “I got a bone to pick with you, bastard.”
2. Cursed is the Fool Who’s Willing [Jujutsu Kaisen] - SukuIta porn, crack treated seriously.
> “Fuckssake. You’re doing that wrong.”
3. Echo [Jujutsu Kaisen] - Itadori Yuuji character study.
> There is blood under Yuuji’s fingernails, still sticky and warm, and he doesn’t know where it came from.
4. Tonight I Feel Like Neon Gold [Jujutsu Kaisen] - SukuIta porn.
> His human heart stopped beating centuries ago, but this show of trust threatens to make it tender.
5. hangovers / hangups [Jujutsu Kaisen] - Gen SukuIta.
> Yuuji awakens with a pounding headache and a weird taste in his mouth, with a burning ache down to his bones as though he’d been atomized again.
6. Human Rights [Jujutsu Kaisen] - A character study of Sukuna’s possession, and trans Yuuji.
> Yuuji is washing his hair in his shitty new dorm shower, exhausted by the revelations of the day, when Sukuna speaks suddenly from his cheek, a grotesque stretch of skin and a disconcerting voice in his ear.
7. “first times” [Jujutsu Kaisen] - SukuIta porn.
> “You know that I can hear you, right?”
8. “ten thousand feet / the way I dream of going out” [Jujutsu Kaisen] - Ryomen Sukuna character study.
> At least he won’t be bored, before the end.
9. “worst timeline” [Dragon Age] - A draft from later chapters of The Forge of Worlds (TFOW). The DAI Redcliffe story mission.
> 「妹のためだけに生きていた。今は…」Suzume’s words echoed in the air around them where the Fade leaked into the Real, meaningless but for the emotion they conveyed: a rage transcending rage.
10. “108 Sins” [Dragon Age] - A draft from later chapters of TFOW. The immediate aftermath of the Conclave in DAI, tons of self-indulgent Buddhist symbology.
> On the eve after the Conclave, the night before Wintersend, Suzume dreamt of her father.
11. “chili space au” [Genshin Impact] - Longfic, Tartaglia(Childe)/Zhongli, what it says on the tin.
> It is said by humans that there is no sound in space.
12. “chili day 2: fashion” [Genshin Impact] - Day 2 of a Tartaglia(Childe)/Zhongli prompt week I started in march and then uhhh never finished.
> Zhongli rises early, before the sun.
13. “immortals with anxiety” [Genshin Impact] - Xiao character study.
> Xiao keeps his watch from above most days, comfy in a nest of clouds, the cool moistness kissing his cheeks like a familiar lover.
14. Plumose [Genshin Impact] - Posted to AO3. Tartaglia(Childe)/Zhongli, post “A New Star Approaches.”
> Zhongli stands on the shoreline, uncaring of the salt water licking at the tops of his boots and soaking through the fine cloth of his pants, and stares toward the place where Osial fell.
15. “居酒屋で” [Genshin Impact] - Gen Zhongli character study, pining, minor Tartaglia(Childe)/Zhongli. Working title means “at the izakaya.”
> Yánwáng Dìjūn, Lord of Geo, God of Contracts, and the one of late called Zhongli stands on high, as in elder days, and watches the sun set upon Líyuè Harbor.
16. “百鬼夜行は歩く” [Dragon Age] - A draft from later chapters of TFOW. Working title means “the night parade of a hundred demons walks.”
> On Wintersend, the night of the Thedasian New Year, the Hyakki Yakou walked the Fade, a parade of oni and yokai streaming forth into a patient-waiting maw of green.
17. Apple-Picking [Guild Wars 2] - Braham Eirsson/Male Pact Commander. A quiet moment, established relationship, porn, sylvari anatomy.
> “Braham, go left a bit.”
18. “Bread Fights” [Dragon Age] - A draft from later chapters of TFOW. Character development of DAI companions, based off of an argument my friends and I had.
> “Ah, dunk.” Sera sighed and closed the lid on the icebox. “The milk is going off.”
19. “お神は取りすぎて” [Dragon Age] - A draft from later chapters of TFOW. Character development of Suzume and Yuki’s past, plus self-indulgent fun with Shinto festivals. Working title means “the gods take too much.”
> In her dreams, the lanterns were brighter than she had ever seen, so bright that the light peeled the painted kanji away from the ricepaper.
20. “Two Socks Having Sex” [Original] - My friends dared me to do this and then I did. It’s porn. Of socks. Inanimate objects, personified. I do not know regret or shame.
> She was a long, slinky thing, all smooth and silky, but well-worn, with little divots where the garter attached.
Are we still friends after you've seen how much I’m writing and then not posting? Hehe <3
I am tagging @5lazarus @thereallonelyagain @grumpkinvicky @jecook @jennserr @alyssumflowers @theh00ded1 and @paraparadigm to pass it on hehe
One bite from a Turned usually spells doom for any mammal, fated to sicken and die within the next 48 hours before rising again, but StarClan's presence within the Sacred Tunnels offers very powerful protections for the cats of WindClan. When inside their walls, all progression of The Sickness grins to a halt.
Of course this doesn't mean the infected individual is cured, sorry to say, but so long as they remain within the Sacred Tunnels they will not fall to undeath. The virus will remain contained around the injury site and, as seen in our unfortunate example warrior, cause the flesh to blacken and the fur to fall away. A blight held at bay. It's currently unknown what would befall an individual held in stasis like this if they were to ever venture outside again...
All four Clans remained huddled in this stasis until StarClan finally reached out with a sign, visiting the dreams of all Medicine Cats in one night and speaking one word in their multitude of voices--
❝ RUN!! ❞
An emergency Gathering happened the very next morning when the Clans appeared at Fourtrees, pulled by the plea from their ancestors, with all their cats and any supplies they could manage to carry along. All, except WindClan.
It was only the Leader, Galestar, his Medicine Cat, Doeshine, and a handful of Warriors who appeared to meet the others with a message of their own: WindClan would not be leaving. Galestar declared that his Medicine Cat had received a sign from StarClan that was different from what they'd told the other Clans– that WindClan was safe on their moors, away from the infected woods and protected under their ancestors' watchful gazes. They did not need to make a panicked flight from their home, so they would not.
No amount of reasoning or arguing or damning the hubris of such a claim would sway the WindClan party, and so it was there that the four Clans became three. Those who were leaving joined together, eyes grimly set on the horizon where they would hopefully find their new, safe home, and left the forest behind.
But this story isn’t about them.
Another page in the history of WindClan's fight for survival amongst the apocalypse, but more importantly-- some news! TFoW's first round of high ranks have been announced and, with that, the server is now accepting general character submissions!
The roleplay is set to open on April 29th. We're growing fast, and that date isn't too far away...
Cheerful, compassionate, and always eager to leverage her impressive healing skills to the benefit of her Clan, Strawberrypatch is a well liked figure within WindClan who simply seems to play the part of Galestar's dependable, kindly daughter... but beneath the surface is where a darker truth hides. What her father demands, Strawberrypatch delivers. Even when it stains her paws deathberry red.
TSC: The Fate of WindClan is officially open for roleplay!
(Actually we're into our second moon of roleplay now-- having gotten through one of prophecy dropping, mechanics testing, and more than 100 WindClan characters accepted --but that's not important shhh.)
The long, frigidly dark nights of Leafbare descend upon the land surrounding Highstones and WindClan buckles down to survive what is now their fifth full year living within the Sacred Tunnels. Sixty moons ago The Sickness ravaged their world and brought great upheaval to their way of life, but still the Clan persists and thrives, protected, beneath StarClan's sacred mountain. Life goes on as it should and WindClan stands strong.... for now. The question is: how long will that last? With proud Galestar long since past his prime and an omen that speaks of a great storm to come read within flame. Will WindClan splinter and break apart from the conflict brewing within? Will you and all who you care about survive?
Come join TFoW, an 18+ Discord Warriors roleplay, to discover the answers and determine the fate of WindClan.
