ANOTHER TFP QUESTION: If you were a part of Team Prime, which Autobot would you pick as your partner/guardian and why?
For me, one of my choices would be Arcee, but not for the memes though- ~~And I have never ridden a Motorcycle let alone really a bike IRL-~~. Now, despite her track record with Partners, I'd think she'd be the most reliable and motivated to protect her new one, plus she could use some comfort and a hug- But to break away from Arcee, I'd either pick Ratchet, or Bumblebee, Ratchet because he mostly stays at the Base and he's a medic, ~~even if he knows nothing on how to heal Humans he can probably learn-~~. And for Bumblebee, he seems like a pretty chill bot, reliable, loyal and protective, and even if there'd be a "language"-barrier, I'm sure we could work something out, or like how I wrote Hunter and Bee's relationship, try reading Bee's body language and use gestures. ~~Though I don't talk much IRL, so that would kinda work out too in a way-~~
(Though I’d probably pick any of them, except probably Wheeljack or Smokescreen- nothing personal though.
Can I just get a senario where reader and Miko are laughing because ratchet pronounced the word meme wrong, like so hard they started wheezing to the point where ratchet called Optimus for help but ended up making it worst by saying the word again.
"I don't understand what's so funny—"
"HAAAAAA!" Miko squealed, kicking her legs as she rolled on the couch.
Ratchet cast the two of them another annoyed glance, letting out a visibly frustrated vent at their antics. Howling laughter echoed throughout the base for a hot minute, and once it died down enough for him to be heard, he spoke again.
"It's pronounced may-may, isn't it?"
Miko clapped her hand over her mouth, only letting a muffled "snrk" escape her.
"No, no it isn't." Y/N blurted out between shallow breaths, "oh god my lungs hurt!" They chuckled.
"Your lungs hurt?" Another voice repeated, drawing everyone's attention toward Optimus who had just entered the room, "Is that normal?" He asked, genuine concern glossing his gaze.
"They're laughing because I apparently mispronounced a human word—" Ratchet explained, "—may-may—or is it—nevermind, either way it's ridiculous."
"Wait wait, Optimus, how do you pronounce this word?" Y/N exclaimed, rushing up to the bars and holding their phone up for the big bot to see.
Optimus leaned forward to meet them on the railing. Narrowing his optics, he saw the word "meme" on the screen. He stood there in silence for a hot second, presumably trying to think of all he knew of the english language before replying:
"... Mee-mee?"
Y/N crumpled over with laughter while Miko once again devolved into a laughing fit, leaving Optimus confused and a bit concerned.
Rolling his optics, Ratchet turned away with a scowl, "english is a ridiculous language..." he muttered.
A/N: Ello everyone! I felt like writing so here I am!!! This was partly requested so I’m using some of the anons ideas! Thanks anon! Also I may go back in and fix this because its kinda shitty ngl. Also if you haven’t noticed by now I make my imagines or scenarios very short, true the name. In my personal style, they are short, but get the point across and leave things up to your interpretation
Trigger warning: Angst, regret, swearing, mentions of death but no real depictions, Tell me if I missed anything!
As Optimus drove away from your house, or former house, he couldn’t feel anything but guilt. He wasn’t aware that his actions had hurt you so deeply, and he was foolish not to realize it sooner. Why didn’t her think before confronting you? It was obvious you were happy with the symbiote. It wasn’t hurting you, it was protecting you but he only saw a monster. He only saw something different and wished to expel it. Like you had said, wasn’t the whole purpose of the Autobots to protect life that didn’t have the ability to protect itself. He felt guilty for hurting you, all of you.
As he arrived back at base, Ratchet was confused to see that you were not with him. “Where are they?” He asked, looking at the ground around Optimus’s feet to try and get a glimpse of your tiny figure. When he couldn’t see you he looked upwards again.
“We have made a grave mistake old friend.” Optimus said, and went into detail about his visit to your former house. Throughout the story, Ratchets face was emotionless, but on the inside, his spark was contorting painfully with sadness, regret, guilt, and hurt. He was aware that he could be brash at times when his views weren’t shared but he never thought it would lead to this. When Optimus finished Ratchet said nothing, he only nodded and turned back to his data pad.
“Ratchet-”
“You should tell the others.” Is all he said, not daring to meet the eye of the Prime, knowing that if he did he might crack.
Optimus nodded and slowly made his way to the larger area of the base, to break the news to the others.
At the moment his only wish, was not getting to apologize.
~~
He died with that wish. On Cybertron, as he gave up his life for his friends, one of his final thoughts was you, and what he would have said to you if he ever had the chance to apologize. He would’ve said how he missed you, and how deeply sorry he was that he made you feel as if he didn’t care for you. You were his final thought, you were one of the only regrets in his life. You were one of the only things that he cried about.
~~
Jack stared at the phone. How was he gonna do this? He hadn’t spoken to you in months, not like he ever really gave any attempt to since Arcee advised him not to. But this was different. He needed to talk to you. He knew you’d wanna know this but probably not from him, after all you two never really got along. Best to just get it over with.
“Y/N, speaking.” God it had been awhile, you even sounded happier.
“Hey Y/N it’s Jack.”
“Oh hey Darby, what do you need?” And before he knew it S/N was giving him a verbal beat down. Not like he didn’t deserve it but it was very hard to speak when a very threatning alien was talking at you very fast, and before he knew it you had hung up. He looked at the phone for a second before looking to Raf and Miko. Miko looked at him with the ‘I told you so you asshole.’ look and Raf looked the same, but with more regret.
“I will send the letter, they’ve always liked those better anyways.” He said. His voice was monotone, almost robotic. But Jack nodded. He knew he wasn’t gonna get a response back, but he still felt it right.
As he watched Raf send it, he had an overwhelming feeling of guilt. Guilt similar to the one Optimus had felt. Knowing that he will never get to apologize but still hoping that he will. Knowing that it’ll never be the same but still invisioning it will be. He felt stupid. He felt guilty. He felt angry at himself. All because of what he had done to you, knowing that he could and would never make it better. So in the meantime, he hoped a letter would do.
If Damus was born early enough to not be a blob when the Council happens, he could totally end up seeing Orion becoming Optimus as a betrayal of him as well. So he ends up rejecting OP completely, and once he finishes growing, he replaces his blue optics with red.
... I could totally see it ending in a Mordred and King Arthur scenario.
Oh that sounds cool! This would also present the whole thing as way damn more sad, because the four of them were an established family and Optimus just... Wasn't anymore.
Ratchet is much more of a scaredy-cat than he lets on, and he hates that about himself. He tries to control himself but sometimes, he has a nightmare that was too disturbing, hears a noise that makes his blood run cold, or sees shadows in the dark that make him feel as if there's an unwanted presence.
But Optimus is always there to reassure him, to comfort him when he freaks out.
So one night, Ratchet peers over the shoulders of Miko and Rafael, wondering what it is on the TV that's kept them quiet for such a record amount of time.
It's dark and it seems...they're watching a particularly disturbing horror movie. Ratchet watches for a little, feeling is plating crawl with discomfort as the minutes pass and a lone boy crawls through the halls, terrified.
Ratchet swallows, equally as scared. He starts to shake as a shadow covers the boy and at the other end of the hall, no one comes forth.
There’s a blood-curdling cry for help, then nothing. The medic tightens his grip on the tool he’s holding, wondering why he’s frozen in place like this. The camera pans around to the back of the hall, blood and claw marks scored across the walls, the floor, and the ceiling.
The....thing everyone's been running from finally rises from the shadows, dripping in fluids Ratchet wishes he knew nothing about.
By this point, to his absolute surprise, the children are fast asleep, having been bored by the film's initial slow pace.
The thing onscreen makes one horrifying scream and stumbles closer, and Ratchet is Done.
He utters a choked, whimpered noise, feeling his chest tighten. He did not want to see that, he hated it, and that was all he needed to finally snap out of his trance. Dropping his makeshift wielding tool to the ground with a resounding clanging noise, Ratchet transforms impulsively, and leaves.
In the middle of the night, Ratchet goes for a drive under the stars to calm down.
Optimus hears the commotion from his room and steps out to see. He peaks his head around the corner of the hallway, wondering who--besides the kids--could be up this late?
Looking around, the abandoned tool glinting in the dim light catches his attention. He strides over and picks it up, knowing who it belongs to. He then notices the small, glowing TV screen, still playing that movie from a while before. Onscreen, Optimus witnesses the monster as it screams again and digs its sharp claws into a human corpse, ripping it apart hungrily.
He instantly knows what had just happened.
Optimus transforms and chases Ratchet down, finding him not too far down the main road near the base. The ambulance driving at a ticket-worthy speed, repeating to himself over and over something in Cybertronian, swerving from left to right just slightly.
He slides up next to him. "Ratchet?"
The medic utters a yelp of surprise, speeding up briefly, then he registers the voice and backtracks, slowing down again. They drive quietly for quite a bit, until Ratchet sighs.
"I'm no good Optimus, I just get more jumpy as I get older, more afraid of everything. I can't be a real Autobot like this...." He sighs once again, more deeply, shakily, "I'm sorry.." His voice is a mix of frustration, shame, and sadness. Optimus feels a spark of frustration himself--but not at Ratchet.
Not on my watch. Ratchet of all bots will not be made to feel unhappy over something like this, something that isn’t his fault.
"Old friend, you are more deserving of the name than anyone else." Optimus tells him almost immediately, firmly. He pauses, then laughs a little embarrassedly. "Well, everyone on this team is.... don't tell anyone I said that..." he tries almost instantly to correct himself.
Ratchet feels a twinge of amusement and laughs a little. It reminds him of a mother accidentally telling her favorite that they’re her favorite.
Optimus feels warm hearing the laugh, relieved that he seemed to be calming down gradually. He finishes what he had meant to say.
"Remember that you must never let yourself think it is a flaw to be afraid, even of small things. All of us fear, and those who claim they do not...have the most fear in their hearts. An Autobot is not how many Decepticons he can stare down without care, it is how many lives he can keep, but at the core of it all, it is really the good intent of his spark. It is that he was given life by Primus, and chose to be an Autobot out of the will to help others and protect them."
Ratchet and Optimus roll to a halt in the middle of the road, feeling a soft breeze dance against their plating. The stars sparkle noiselessly above, like precious stones in a dark cave of rock.
"You...you won't tell the others of this, will you, Optimus?" The medic asks quietly, shifting back a little. Optimus smiles internally, chuckling.
"No. And that is a promise, old friend."
They drive back in silence. Except for the part where Optimus tells him about all the silly things he feared as a young bot, that Alpha Trion comforted him and taught him about.
"I saw a scroll that told of the end of the world, and I believed it! And...." He laughs. "So did Megatron."
"You're joking!"
"I tell no lies, old friend."
“That’s what you two were up to at that park! Now I remember! How long ago was that...”
///
Back at the base, when the kids wake up in the morning, they find the movie has long finished, and Ratchet is still at his workstation. Optimus is standing nearby. The two of them have funny looks on their faces.
Miko is awake instantly and nudges Raf, who gives a small cry of protest as he yawns.
"You see the way they're looking at each other?" She whispers. "Isn't it strange??"
Raf squints at them, still only half awake.
"Miko, the strange thing here is how Ratchet still hasn't finished constructing his new tool....thought he only had wielding to do..." The boy yawns again, half tempted to go back to sleep.
The two mechs continually slide (what they think are) hidden glances to each other. Ratchet motions for Optimus to come look at his work from much closer. The Autobot leader complies, placing a gentle hand on the medic’s shoulder. He smiles almost proudly as Ratchet chatters on about the intricate details of it.
A/N : This AU have been stuck in my head for ages now ! I might be writing several fantasy ficlets off these , so I’m just going to post them here + The bots stay bots here ! Only they are not titan-sized, but nearly as big as us !! Don’t hesitate to correct me if you see any mistakes <3

Yet, unfortunately, they are still vastly outnumbered. The Autobots' capital city is located far in the North, where the days are short to make way for longer nights. This has largely decreased the numbers of Decepticon spies moving in and out of the city, and only the most competent enemies can infiltrate the town undetected.

Following the fall of Prima and the Thirteen, the connection between Humans and Cybetronians was deeply wounded. For centuries, humans were ostracized by the children of Primus. They are deemed as the spawn of Unciron, harbringers of death, children of destruction. Promised to bring nothing but chaos, humans were exiled to the far west.
Here, they have split into two factions.

The Red Rose knew she was just as good as dead within the lion’s den, following the Decepticon’s obvious distaste for mankind. Not wanting to die in their metal claws, Amanda of House Bishop and her sister, Sierra, have planned an escape. However, they were separated in their journey, with only a promise to meet by the gates of Winterfell Castle.
In the middle of her perilous journey, Amanda was aided by the Knight of Praxus. With the promise of safely delivering her to House Darby, Ultra Magnus pledged himself to the princess. Together, they brace themselves for the oncoming war.
A/N : hehehe I hope you guys like this AU ! It took a while for me to piece this together, so enjoy ( peace sign ) <3
TFP scenario: You’re in a forest, being hunted down by Airachnid. What’s your plan to survive?
I am sorry for anyone that doesn’t know jack about Transformers, but I can give a short synopsis if you wanna answer-
Airachnid, a sadistic 18 foot spider transformer that loves to hunt different species from different planets, to the point of that species being endangered, collecting their heads as trophies. Being a sadist, as well as a former torture expert, also likes to butcher and torture her victims. And this case, she’s on Earth, and she has a slot reserved for a human trophy, that means you, run.
The Pheonix of Jasper, or "El Fénix” A first generation Dodge Challenger, owned by the late Archer Hugo Reyes, father of Hunter Reyes and wife of Hope Reyes.
A few years ago before it was known as “El Fénix”, it was actually Hugo’s old stock car when he used to race in local racing events at Jasper Speedway. Back then it was just called El Furío Carmín, or The Carmine Fury, car 13. The Carmine had won Hugo many races throughout his career, though it did also go through plenty of crashes too, though Hugo almost always managed to come out of a crash mostly unscathed while the Carmine took most of the damage, some people thought that Hugo was indestructible, others thought it was the pair of fuzzy dice he kept would, but either way he’d walk away from the crash. Hugo even sometimes sold parts of the car that came off during a few crashes, parts like mirrors, bumpers, exhausts, loose lug nuts, engine parts, and other things, he even sold off a door once or twice, either way, it’d always be fixed up and ready for the next race. The Rojo kept going until Hugo had a near fatal and career-ending crash, and this time the Carmine was completely wrecked from the violent crash. and rather than scrap it or sell it off, Hugo figured why let it go to waste? He loved that car even if he could’ve died in it, and it had gotten him so far in his three year career, he just couldn’t part ways with it. So, he brought the old car to his shop and worked on it tirelessly, working to restore the challenger to its former glory, before it was a race car to begin with, and that's just what he did! Giving it new parts, a new coat of paint, and even a new engine that made it run just as powerful when it was on the track, and another new pair of lucky fuzzy dice, the car practically looked brand new, giving it the nickname “El Fènix”!
Now that Hugo’s gone, Hunter now sometimes likes to drive it, not only because it’s stylish, but he just likes to drive it even though he also prefers Motorcycles, they could never replace his nostalgia for El Fenix, even if it sometimes brings back memories of when he and his dad used to ride together, or when they’d all go on a family joy ride that make him a little emotional, there was no replacing that. He and his mom do their best to take care of it, even if they don’t have the touch like Hugo had, it’s still running strong.
