Some headcanons I have about my fic at random (Pt. 19).

All Transformers have a scent that's uniquely theirs. You can smell it off them from birth and then it sorta dulls a bit as they age, but you can still smell it off them here and there, usually in their vehicle modes.

Here's some I've listed.

Bumblebee: Warm honey.

Strongarm: Patchouli.

Sideswipe: Birchwood campfire.

Grimlock: Freshly cut grass.

Drift: Musky jasmine.

Slipstream: Honeysuckle and lime.

Jetstorm: Lilies of the valley and lime.

Steeljaw: Baked bread.

Thunderhoof: Maple syrup.

Fracture: Lavender.

Airazor: Petrichor and neroli.

Divebomb: Petrichor and oranges.

Underbite: Iron, mostly.

Clampdown: Seawater.

Fixit: Burnt sage.

Optimus Prime: Laundry detergent (Tide brand).

Windblade: Elderberries.

Glowstrike: Bubblegum.

Saberhorn: Bee balm.

Scorponok: Damp wood.

Quillfire: Pine.

Scatterspike: Lemon balm.

Paralon: Violets.

Some headcanons I have about my fic at random (Pt. 20).

Windblade gets the zoomies when she ingests caffeine.

Its not deadly to her or anything, but it's definitely S O M E T H I N G to see, an 18-19ft jet femme just barrelling around and in and out of the scrapyard just because she had a sip of Monster or something.

Oh, and she doesn't discriminate on caffeine sources either. Coffee, teas, cola, chocolate, energy drinks like Monster...she would drink them all in one go if neither Drift nor Strongarm stopped her first (Sideswipe is the bad influence on that end lol).

Once she crashes out, she goes to sleep. Simple as that.

Some headcanons I have about my fic at random (Pt. 15).

How the young 'bots sleep.

Strongarm: On her back.

Windblade: Usually has one leg or arm out, sometimes two or all limbs.

Sideswipe: Face buried in pillow on his front.

Slipstream and Jetstorm: Always bedsharing. They take turns spooning through the night.

Airazor and Divebomb: Same as Slip and Jet but they're unfortunately also really messy sleepers. As in, 'sheets, blankets, pillows, bolsters and stuffies all over the floor' kind of messy.

Clampdown: Mostly sleeps standing up but he does recharge on his back in deep sleep.

Paralon: Sleeps curled up like a cat. The way he does it makes it look like he and the blanket are braided together.
