No, not at all. It was definitely a chance encounter. I just happened to take a shortcut back to my apartment cause I lived in the city at the time. And he was just there in the alleyway, in pretty bad shape. Don't ask what possessed me to even engage with him, other than I guess I just felt sorry for him, and that maybe I could do something to help. He seemed like he was at the end of his rope mentally cause he agreed when I asked.
Long story short, I took him back to my place, made sure he ate and got very much needed rest, and he's been with me ever since. I can't blame him for not wanting to leave. He's never openly admitted it either, but I knew he didn't want to. It was probably the most peace he'd had in a long time. So I just let him stay, I didn't mind....now that I think about it, it sounds so funny, like I adopted a stray alley litten...don't tell him I said that though XD

No. Usually, whenever I see any sign of Bill in a dimension, I try my best to avoid every single eye of his, and not interact with anyone at all.
If I do get caught, I run. No matter who it is. If it is myself, and I seem... unhappy, I will know it was most likely not me who had let this happen.
If I do seem happy, that is just a reason to get out of there faster.
Usually, there will be rifts to escape out of if Bill has unleashed Weirdmageddon. If he hasn't... well, I haven't found a world where he hasn't.
