I dunno man, but like I kind of get turned on by chests. Like big, strong ones, slightly large, squishy ones, it’s all good. And squishy butts. And eyes. Eyes are good.
36 - Talk about your guilty pleasures
So Shania Twain has been a not-so-guilty guilty pleasure since I was like 10, because I’m Canadian and Man I Feel Like A Woman is SUCH a banger. And then there’s the fact that I enjoy Michael Bay films, but nor for plot reasons or shit. I go when I want something dumb and explosiony and boy am I pleased with what I get.
40 - Talk about the end of something in your life.
So my friend at the time Margaret was like “Let’s go get coffee” and I was like sure. But on the day I woke up late, so I told her I was gonna be late. I’m on the bus downtown when she says she couldn’t let this wait, so, via text, she friend-dumps me. And it’s all stuff I recognize that I’ve done, but this is also all stuff she says that’s “built up recently” and I was a little mad that she never told me and just let it build up. But that’s not this story. This is the set up. In the texts, she told me “You’re still getting an awesome birthday present” and I was like… “ok…” and then my birthday comes and goes and nothing and that was when I realized that that friendship was over and nothing that happened afterwards could ever have it go back to the way it was. But I’m ok with that.
