generally, i’m tired of dumb makeup trends that are just used for instagram. in the rpc, i don’t know if it’s necessarily a ‘trend’ persay but i’m just tired of people joing rps just for the purpose of shipping and ignore any potential platonic plots.

even though i’ve lived in america my entire life my first language is spanish – while my parents were at work my grandma would take care of me and that’s her first language so yeah! up until about four i mostly spoke spanish and to this day everything i think is in spanish, which makes talking in english pretty hard. i also know german and can speak/understand a bit of french.

A character I’m about to play is a total babe and her name is Amoriah Lowell. She’s eighteen years old, recently graduated from high school, and in college studying graphic design. She’s interning at a new, local nonprofit organization that provides assistance to homeless people, but especially homeless children, and she’s doing a lot of the graphics and logo designs for the company. She’s got an older brother, Quinlan, and two younger sisters, Rory and Gigi. She’s allergic to cats and she grew up riding horses. Additionally, she’s been recently diagnosed with Lupus. Chronic illness is something she’s always feared, so now she feels like David standing at the feet of the Goliath.

❤️ I think it goes without saying that my favorite of all favorites is Bill Skarsgard. I’ve been playing him since 2014 or 2015 and he’s been recycled for at least 3 characters. At least, there are three that I still play and write whenever the urge hits. You can even check my tags for him. Character: Martin or Aiden. (He always ends up named Martin no matter what character I write him as.) I think I like him because there is a vulnerability to the characters he plays. You have Roman who is hardened and bratty and despite how shitty Hemlock Grove got at some points, Bill still made Roman human and relatable. I’ll stop gushing over Bill Skarsgard now, but before I do, do yourself a favor and go watch Simon and the Oaks. 

❤️ I can’t do this without mentioning my first ever FC. Jonathan Groff. It started off as a Glee rp, but since it was season one when I first played him there was only one season of the show, I got to take the character and make him my own. It was to the point where I was still playing him despite having stopped watching the show halfway through season 2. I liked him because he was moldable. I was a theater kid in high school, and getting to put all that love into one character was excellent. Plus, Jon was in Spring Awakening and that’s the soundtrack to my late-teens angst, how could I not love him.

❤️Last but not least, another my earlier FCs, Gaspard Ulliel. Now with this dude, it has to do with family history. When my cousin was visiting from Algeria back in ‘07, we watched Hannibal Rising. She kept teasing me for thinking he was hot, cause how can you find a cannibal hot? Anyway, that summer we nicknamed him Mangeur de Joues, which translates to eater of cheeks, and watched every movie he was ever in at that point. When she went back to Algeria after that summer, I continued that tradition. Then when I started RPing two years later, I learned that I could create my own OCs instead of just fandom rp, and he was the first I created. An elitist English professor from France. So he’ll always be one of my favorites even if I haven’t played him for almost 10 years now.
