basically idk if you saw but when sofi went into the argentina locker room at roman's farewell, coco basile didn't know she was supposed to be there and told her "you're not allowed to be there" and it was live and everyone was inside and super awkward but she explained after on her instagram that they had agreed with roman, security, everyone that she would interview in the argentina room like her colleague would interview the boca team. coco didn't know and she said they explained afterwards and everything was fine.
about the leo thing, i personally didn't see this at all, but people said that apparently leo had told her off the air that if they asked him to play in the boca jersey, he wouldn't mind, and that she mentioned it on air. there was nthn from leo (tho ofc) or really from anyone to imply that this is an issue and imo it's so??? like idk it seems like such a dumb thing, it's not like she actually revealed smth crazy or private 😭 and it wasn't even a big deal, like only people using it to hate on her brought it up. she had some haters already, people who say she built her career off that world cup interview even though she's been working at the main argentine channel as a respected journalist for a while and ik some messi fans on twt don't like her, they think leo is 'too comfortable' with her like that's for them to decide lmao, so all this basically gave them smth to run with and hate more :/ but yeah that's basically all that happened, it was all so weird

I have seen the whole thing with coco basile, it was a bit uncomfortable tbh but I am glad it turned out well in the end. But I saw after that game people started saying Leo was avoiding her because he (and angel) disappeared when she was interviewing pablo aimar next to them in the locker room and also when he came off in the second half he didn’t give an interview to her who was standing right in his way.
I didn’t think he was avoiding her more than he tries to avoid press generally but people started running with anto jokes and i looked into a bit and saw that boca comment she apparently said on air which Leo had said to her in confidence (supposedly). And I know River-Boca rivalry is something taken very seriously in Argentina so I thought maybe revealing that was really bad enough to feel betraying a trust he had with her, idk. But twitter was shaking that day with how many people were hating on her, it was so weird. A lot of jokes about her career, her relationship with Leo and Anto..They even asked her about how the things are with anto, right? It was crazy
But yeah there is nothing more than a tweet confirming the rumors so I guess it was all because it was easy to jump on this hate train and make fun of her
