1. if someone wanted to really understand you, what would they read, watch, and listen to? I’d say they should read any Tamora Pierce book, Harry Potter (of course) and The Little White Horse. They should watch Peter Pan (2003), Pride and Prejudice (2005), My Mad Fat Diary, Florence + the Machine, 21 Pilots
2. have you ever found a writer who thinks just like you? if so, who? I don’t know if I have, but I really love Cassandra Clare and I’m very good at figuring out her plotlines and she usually goes exactly where I would want the book to go if I was writing. I also love her style and think it’s very similar to my style in third person

16. if you’d grown up in a different environment, do you think you’d have turned out the same? I actually think about this a lot, or at least I used to. I mean every choice in life changes who you are, but the biggest one that I saw as revamping my entire personality, direction and life would have been my move from England to New Zealand. I actually used to wish it had never happened pretty much all the time, because I thought my life would have been better in England. Imagining going from being this all rounded, popular, happy, confident girl with great friends to this odd, bullied, outcast who since moving has never actually been able to claim a stable friend group or best friend. So yeah that’s what I thought, but then after about 9 years of thinking this I realised that I would be a completely different person even if I’d stayed and would I be willing to sacrifice who I was now? That led to lots of questions about myself and if I liked who I am now, blah blah blah.
Tough yet easy question. Of course I’d be different, I just don’t know if I’d be better.
