Do you ever have that weird feeling, like you’ve known someone your whole life, even bough you just met them? Meet my person. Amanda and I met less than a year ago, but we are 💯 twins. We say the same things at the same time, think the same thoughts, have similar mannerisms, and our families are so alike it’s scary. We keep saying we need to get ancestryDNA because we HAVE to be related. Plus, somewhere down the line we HAVE to be related, she does have cystic fibrosis and it’s a genetic disease 🤷🏻‍♀️ Today my twin celebrates her Jordan Year! In her 23 years she has had TWO lung transplants. I am so glad to have a sassy little twin who puts up with me. I love our late night conversations, snaps, and being a part of the mamas and babies tribe. 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧 I love you twin, I hope you have the best birthday and this year is THE best year yet. UPDATE: Thank you all for the advice and support! We did contact FEMA but they wanted way too much information that we are not comfortable giving. We will try the Red Cross as I heard good things about them! She does get oxygen tanks from a supplier but the day before the storm they came and brought 3 tanks and said to hold out for as long as she could! Talk about a SLAP on the face huh? Our power in the neighborhood is finally back on... But guess what? My mother's house is the only house that still doesn't have power! What are the odds of that? Lol Sometimes you just have to laugh at ridiculous situations which aren't under your control... Anywhoo she's staying at my place in the meantime until Duke Energy can act accordingly..(whenever that is). #thanksduke #nopower #hurricaneirma #slapontheface (at Central Florida)
