UPDATE: Thank you all for the advice and support! We did contact FEMA but they wanted way too much information that we are not comfortable giving. We will try the Red Cross as I heard good things about them! She does get oxygen tanks from a supplier but the day before the storm they came and brought 3 tanks and said to hold out for as long as she could! Talk about a SLAP on the face huh? Our power in the neighborhood is finally back on... But guess what? My mother's house is the only house that still doesn't have power! What are the odds of that? Lol Sometimes you just have to laugh at ridiculous situations which aren't under your control...
