Found a Mexican Turkey Soup recipe I'm getting ready to throw in a stock pot to warm up then can. Adding some of my own stuff .... But after it sits simmering for a bit I will get it in the canner tonight! Great use of left over turkey meat. I may try to stretch it into more pints by adding a little more turkey broth and juices from the tomatoes(our canned tomatoes). This 10 lb Royal Palm Tom we raised is stretching far. Fed us for #thanksging , had a lunch or 2 with it, and now hoping to get a minimum of 14 pints of soup ..... I hope!
