What a week. Our hot water is froze thanks to the cold and crazy winds we’ve had. So, I just got back from my moms so I could shower. Thankfully, she lives in the same trailer park and four houses up from us. Yeah, I own/live in a trailer, wanna fight about it!? lol. Jk jk jk… or am I??? But eating some cereal and watching a movie.

Cold weather has long been my halcyon. As a child I realized that stepping outside without a coat could freeze away bad feelings, even if only for a few minutes. When I'm overwhelmed, the cold clears my head of all the static so I can think rationally again. I was the only one standing out by the river this morning, but it turned my day from unbearable to not that bad. #distresstolerance #doingDBTwithouteventrying #thanksWinter
