You know I’ve realized that I don’t talk about self care that much lately, and to be honest, I think I’ve completely forgotten how important it is to listen to your body and to relax every once in a while. 🙌 . Yesterday I was having the absolute worst day. I’m overwhelmed this week because I honestly have SO much going on right now. And it doesn’t help when someone has something negative to say about the way your body looks. A body I’ve been busting my a** to get. . I was talking to one of my best friends and I realized I had to get out of my head so much. I seriously needed to take a step back, take a deep breath, and set some new goals. After finishing my last program I’ve kind of been pulled in different directions and winging it just isn’t working for me. . I finally set myself a few intentions, and honestly one of them is that I’m not going to allow myself to get overwhelmed. Stress is no freaking bueno. . Woke up feeling super refreshed, got the tension in my neck and shoulders released (which is what has been causing my major migraines) did a pretty hard leg workout from one of our programs, and I’ve been happily eating great and feeling amazinggggg all day today! .
