“It’s as though I’m staring in a mirror.”
Daisy Chains
Enthralled at the displays all around; it was captivating, absorbing in the lush, vibrant air, so usually bustling with one problem or another. But this time... it was as if all the problems in the world had been counteracted. Aichi led Kai along, a hand wrapped around his wrist.
And matching flower crowns atop their encircling their heads.
On their way towards the aisles of booths selling a variety of treats and drinks, something had caught Aichi’s eye, prompting him to pause. Following the familiar sight in the corner of his eye, the rotation of his head led him to not one, but two familiar faces.
“Kouta-san, Slaine-san!”
Without relenting that hold on his companion whatsoever, it was a but a glance of forewarning before the detour, leading the brunet towards the other duo.
"You’re both here; I was hoping you’d come. Are you enjoying yourselves?”

i’ve become so numb, i can’t feel you there ✦ [slaine]

It was the first time she had seen Slaine in such a state. It was a little past 8 in the morning, and Asseylum hovered fretfully as the young count was brought home by his friend. They have been ‘drinking’, said he, and the princess knew enough to know he meant alcohol. He had kindly brought Slaine to the room they shared, apologizing (though it didn’t appear to be his fault).
Probably sensing how lost she appeared, Slaine’s friend offered some consoling words, and some things to note about ‘caring’ for Slaine in his state. He left shortly after, smiling apologetically and bowing his head.
Asseylum went briefly to their kitchen, procuring a glass of water (his friend said it might help), before returning to their room to check how Slaine was doing.

After become a sole survivor in her district, completely lost contact from her precious family and best friends, Yuzuki and Hitoe, when Vers’ attack ambushed her city, now Ruuko is working at this Moon Base, as prisoner and also soldier.
She always received such a cold glare every day, from soldiers, and knights around her. It’s because she is a Terran. Sometimes her hard works are under appreciated. Sarcasm and mockery, that’s what she always got everyday as payment of her works, instead of praise and gratitude. Not that Ruuko wish for them to thank her, it’s just.... she doesn’t seems to receive something equal to her hard work.
“Ouch!”
She fell down. Some papers which she need to bring for a certain Count named Slaine Saazbaum Troyard scattered messily, when she bumped onto someone.
Her dark-colored eye-orbs opens wide, shocked and scared in the same time when she knew to who she just bumped onto.
“I-I’m sorry! Ruu... Ruu will be more careful next time, so please, don’t punish me, Slaine-sama!”
This is her first time to meet him and talk to him, yet she messed up.
The amazing fun performance | Slaine

To the acrobat who was used to going through rigorous training and putting up full performances on an almost daily basis, the lack of things to do here was almost criminal. Off days were wonderful of course, time to relax or to go out and take in the sights, get a change of pace. But the fact that there was no Kaleido Stage here, nor any daily commitments was nothing but discomfiting. She was restless, incredibly so, and while she was making sure to keep up with her training every day, it just wasn't the same.
Looking down at the small crowd going about their business on the street one level below, she found herself raring to give an impromptu show, and always one to act first and think later, she launched herself over the railings, using her right hand to boost herself a fair distance forward, only to descend in a series of flips and rolls in mid-air to the amazement of some who happened to be looking her way.
HUP!
Landing in a crouch in front of a boy that looked not that much older than her, she immediately continued into another jump over him, arms against her chest in a vibrant upside-down spin, ending her routine with a series of smooth backflips before coming to a stop, feet together and arms raised, meeting his eyes with a smile that brimmed over with warmth.

Over the great garden walls reaching as high as the clouds once expanded the great blue sky, sparkling with stars on clear nights and inviting the sun's rays every sunny day. The sky above most sectors-- his home sector, Sector 2 the exception-- displayed the same gorgeous painting. Some days, such as today, he would take to lying across the green grass of the sixth sector to gaze upon the full splendor that returned him temporarily to the quiet peace of his castle garden.
There were a lot of new technologies in this city, none of which he understood without assistance. Sometimes he could fathom them, break down their operating steps and see how they worked, and other times, he was left clueless and confused.
Then there were also the times where the mysteries of the technology frightened him, so much so that he began to shake. Things such as high-speed trains, monster cars, or --
Giant.. moving... metal--
Above him, the sun was vanquished and the field plunged into darkness. A great roaring came from the beast, motors moving with advancement, wind breezing through with a greater force than what was normal; the metallic base most likely meant to be a foot reared itself high into the air, making a path for itself in the grass below as if nothing else mattered. Lying directly in its path, petrified, was the the Cathy so afraid he couldn't move.

Without any warning or even a hint of her presence earlier, the blonde hastily reaches out and pulls the stranger back by the material of his shirt, her index finger pressed against her lips for a moment.
