Realistically, Three Signals would not lash out- they don't have any ways to do so. Since they neglected their iterating work pretty early on, they don't have much else as for tools other than extensive frequencies analysis available. They are pretty good at software engineering I guess? TS developed himself a sound editing software from scratch later in my story- sure it's probably not too late for him to start researching other things but-

Personality-wise it's highly unlikely, if they do reach their breaking point, it would manifest a lot more likely in a su*cidal way than an outlash towards his peers.
