Did none of those people seen his retirement post? Did none of them see yge terminate his contract? He’s not in bb anymore, he’s not even in the industry anymore, he and yge removed him from bb and the company. Have none of them been keeping up? How many times do they need to be reminded??? Holy hell these are some dense and delusional people. I hope everyone who sees these posts and tags roasts these people.
I didn’t post the other images in that tweet, but one said, “When searching for Seungri on Twitter, it’s automatically followed by jail, arrest, or some other garbage word.”
They’re trying to manipulate the searches. They’re banding together to erase the evidence of the past few months and create their own reality, one that’s more palatable to them, one in which this mess never happened and nothing’s changed. Someone needs to go around posting Seungri’s March 11th retirement announcement in reply to every single one of these ridiculous tweets. They’d be doing these fans a service tbh.
First there was the Yellow Hearts Project, in which they went around dropping hearts in people’s inboxes with a vague message of solidarity (or no message at all), and soon people were passing it around, believing it to be a symbol of support for BB and VIPs… when in reality it was a symbol of support for Seungri and VIPs who still stood by himand OT5 BB. It gave the false appearance that Seungri had more support from the fandom than he really did.
All the while, they’re tagging the other members in Seungri support posts that have nothing to do with them. Seungri’s warrant gets rejected? They’re posting about it and tagging Daesung, Youngbae, Seunghyun, Jiyong in every variation of their names they can think of, whatever it takes to get the information in front of as many eyes as possible – and while giving the impression that his former bandmates are still with him.
That’s right, I said it. Former bandmates.
And now this. Yeah, sure, let’s all spam Twitter with posts tying Seungri to BB even though he left the group specifically to protect them from the damage he was doing simply by association.
But his fans? They don’t give a damn. They can’t see past their own noses long enough to consider the injury they’re inadvertently causing these guys who they claim to love.
I knew his fiercest stans would be hard to get rid of, knew it would take time to shake them off, but damn. I might have actually underestimated them and the depth of their delusion.The tactics these people have been using in an attempt to sway the fandom’s opinion over the last 2+ months are so underhanded and so shameful and so thoughtlessly harmful to what remains of Big Bang that even when this is all behind us… that side of the fandom is as good as dead to me. If you’ve got me blocked right now? How about we just keep it that way.
