Lucy can't even laugh with Tim about losing the ring because he took it out with him on patrol, because now there's trauma attached to the engagement - depending on how long it takes for them to track those two down.
Thanks Alexi.

Inn-terior Design
One thing I've always wondered when writing my Failtopia fics is how everyone reading it perceives the Inns. I have a fairly consistent image of them in my head, but I play fast-and-loose with it, and one chapter of ITF (in my head) takes place in an area that I've never imagined the Inn having otherwise.
So, I thought I may as well get some thoughts down on a Tumblr post on how I actually rationalise these things. No real reason not to.
First things first, the opening door of the Inn. I believe it leads out into a hallway of a decent length, with the two lower bedrooms on either side of it. But in that case, where's the extra bedroom, or the dining room, or the upward stairs? I don't actually know, but I'll try to piece it together right now.
As for the stairs, I think there's two sets, one for either side of the hallway. Going through the middle, I'm just going to say the hallway leads to both the dining room and additional lower room, with the doors right next to each other at the back end of the hallway.
For the upstairs, both sets of stairs lead to a hallway adjacent to their respective rooms, but I also think these hallways are horizontally connected, through a doorless additional hallway, just above the dining and additional lower room. There's technically supposed be nothing bridging the gap, according to how Miitopia formats the Inns, but that format also leaves no room for the dining room or the stairs, so I'm taking it with a grain of salt, the horizontal hallway exists, parts of my fics don't make sense otherwise.
The aesthetics of the Inns vary with every region, but I do often imagine them as the Neksdor Inns in the hallways and rooms, but as the Greenhorne Inns in the dining room, so in actuality, my head is just wrong on that one, the aesthetics are always correct for the region.
I think that's all I have to say, so, this post is over now, I guess
EDIT: I completely forgot about the arcade, which also canonically exists in my fics. Let's just say it's connected to the spare room or the stable or something, there's no way it fits in the normal building
This is about the whole subtitle colour coding thing. I was giffing another scene and I didn't know how to colour code Hashimoto. Can you please help me, oh colourful wise one?
Thanks💜
@nothingsbetterthancoffee, your incorporation of color coding into your GIFs gives me great joy, so of course I'll help you out! But know that the show and the promotional material leading up to its airing were very explicit in everyone's colors:
Hashimoto is a Green Gal!
She wore mainly green.
And her lighting tended to be green as well.
When the hearts bounced around in class, Aoki's was yellow,
hers was green
and, of course, Ida's was blue.
On Viki, even the subtitle group "Lend Me Your Eraser" color coded its hearts to match the main couple - Aoki 💛 and Ida 💙
So yeah, Hashimoto is a Green Gal!
And I'm guessing your favorite color is purple 💜
Oh? A mod that can break through reinforced blocks?
