It’s been about 10 years since I stopped doing the Altona market. All my home baked goods and amongst them were the glacé topped fruit cakes 10x10cm these are so extravagant and decadent and now this batch is grain, gluten, dairy free♥️ #unfortunately the glacé fruit is not refined sugar free but this recipe will be purely for special occasions. Tomorrow I’ll be making batch number 2 with a slight tweak.
