Dry rubbed roasted beef brisket cooled and sliced in 1 cm sections then laid out and thrown in a 500 Fahrenheit oven to heat through. Resulted in nice, juicy, tender meat with most of the fat rendered out and a good crust. 10/10 will be making this again!
